Wow, pleasantly surprised by Picazzo! Not gf or celiac but my step-mom is, she brought me here to try it out. Well prepared, fresh flavors and solid technique. Service was quick and unobtrusive. They even had Ween playing on the house music - love it! As a chef / operator / consultant for the foodservice industry, I applaud their creativeness, on-point flavors and execution, cleanliness and large portions. Great job!

Wonderful experience eating here. Lovely atmosphere, food was delicious. I'm gluten free and there's a lot of options. You can tell this place is run by people who really care about what they do. Will be going back and def recommend.

The food options available is good for those who require vegan or GF items; but in general the food is just OK. Some of the food is really bland but then other items are spiced too strong, e.g. too many pickled onions and jalapenos in a salad. If avoiding gluten, getting the rice option instead of pita can be disappointing since the rice is often hard because it is undercooked. Also, the falafel which should be crispy or crunchy was actually hard on the outside. The baba ganoush, hummus, and some of the other starters/tapas are good as are the gyro and lavash pizza (when there aren't too many jalapenos overpowering the other ingredients). Nice place but be discerning on which items to order.

My favorite place! I’m vegan and gluten-free and it’s so easy to get delicious creative food here that doesn’t mess with my tummy. The owners are super nice and put so much love into the food they make. My current favorite meal Is the noble noodle bowl with sautéed tofu. It tastes great when served up fresh for dine-in, but is also equally tasty as takeout and leftovers. No quality lost there. Before I had to cut gluten from my diet, I loved the Hawaiian burger and the vermicelli bowl which comes with the most delicious little crispy egg rolls. My husband has no gluten restrictions and has enjoyed eating his way through the menu.

Very good subs but gluten free options feel like gouging prices and when ordering online the special notes section seems to be ignored. Staff is friendly and quick at making the subs.

Been using the service for about 6 months now. I have been very satisfied! I've bounced between the regular weekly menu and the gluten free menu. Both are really good. I like the the company uses regular coolers and not some disposable stuff that creates more garbage. Every Monday my cooler shows up in the morning without fail. Most times I remember to put my cooler from last week out, if not, it's not a huge deal. Just put 2 coolers out the following Monday morning. When eating your food weekly, eat from the top of the menu down since that is the order the food is cooked in. I've found that works well since it's fresh food so eating in that method really works. I had one week when a couple of my meals went bad and Bill quickly addressed it and took care of it on my next week's bill. It should go without saying but during the summer, make sure someone is around to get your food quickly and get it from outside. It's fresh food, it's not frozen or flash dried or whatever. Customer service is great 😃. Bill is always quick to respond and answer questions. Overall, I'd recommend you try the service whether you are vegan or not.
