If you are gluten free and you haven’t gone to Josephine GF, you’re doing yourself a serious disservice! I got several items and the cranberry small loaf and breakfast waffle were probably my favorite. Quite honestly I ate half of what I got before I even made it home. Highly highly recommend!!

I recently visited Truefood, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or a special occasion. I am so excited to have found this place! My youngest daughter is diagnosed Celiac Disease and so cannot have even the slightest bit of cross contamination in her food or she'll be sick. On Christmas Eve I called to see if they had a dedicated gluten free fryer (my girl loves fries!). I was told no but the man, Jason, who turned out to be the GM, encouraged us to go anyway because they have such an extensive gluten free menu. I'm glad we gave it a try! When I arrived Jason told me he decided to make a gluten free dedicated fryer in his kitchen and had already started it up to be ready for my daughter's fries! On top of that, the staff were all lovely and the food was *amazing*! Jason, if you see this, thank you again! It's rough for a 13 yr old with Celiac Disease; your kindness made a difference! We will be back!!

The sickest out celiac family has ever been. Has come from this place. We got the chicken enchiladas and the gf mac and cheese. I even confirmed the noodles were boiled in their own water, clearly they were not when we discovered another noodle from another dish with the food.

This restaurant had been on my list for a while, and I’m glad I finally visited with friends. It’s always packed when I walk by, and now I see why. The hostess and staff, including Partner, who was kind, funny, and brought our wine, made us feel welcome. Our server, Crystal, provided excellent service with helpful recommendations that suited my picky eating. The menu included a few great options for my gluten-free and vegan friends, and the food met all our expectations. The desserts, especially the crème brûlée and pistachio brownie, were outstanding. I look forward to returning to try more seasonal offerings. Thank you, Silver, for a wonderful dining experience!

The restaurant location is a little obscure and a bit hard to find. Once we arrived, we were surprised by the diner like decor of the restaurant and how empty it was. Super super impressed with their ability to accommodate gluten-free options! We ordered appetizers and entrees - overall, the food was delicious, very well prepared, & good size portions. The kitchen turned around the food orders quickly. The service was definitely lacking. Our server was a bit nutty, had an attitude, and had to be reminded of segments of our order. Don't appreciate feeling like we are inconveniencing him for having a 7pm reservation. If that was later than he wanted to stay, then they should stop taking reservations beyond 6 pm. I don't think our expectations were high for service - just looking for our server to be nice. Eye rolling when taking our order is not professional nor respectful. While the food was great, I'm not sure we will return...too many good restaurants in the area that care about customer service.

if you are gluten and dairy free, this is an excellent pizza. they use a special df cheese that you can't get where I'm from I'm the Midwest. closest to real cheese ive ever tasted.

Has an entire gluten free menu. Finally had sushi after many years with celiac. Food was delicious and staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about menu and gluten. Will definitely be going back!!

Very impressive quality vegan restaurant, with outstanding vegan sushi— extremely well- done! The Unagi with truffle is phenomenal! The watermelon ‘ tuna’ is very appealing, yuzu-tangy, the Margarita cashew- cheese pizza very good. Perhaps add a basil frond for the ‘ industinguishable’ thing we all are going for! Good choice as vegan cheeses are not yet ‘prime- time’ as my old friend used to say. I will be a regular, of course: I am why Real Food Daily was created in Los Angeles, my father is why Food& Wine industry was created. I was kidnapped when the US fell, as was Donald Trump. They stole my Gulfstream by black people using robotics as- police, and in Trump’s case— he was pretending to be my genius father in the oil business as were Cheney and Bush Sr—I don’t know whether the black JD kept the money yet. Oprah Winfrey murdered my mother on my Gulfsyream jet election week 2008 when I was supposed to be the VP. The most famous French chef was my personal chef as a young princess, so of course we are very much looking forward to restaurants like PLANTA in the fine- dining meat- and - dairy- replacement space. It all in vegan should taste identical, cook by chemical processes, by texture and mouthfeel, identical. It should be packaged in the same quantities, commercial and retail grocery, and be adopted as an interest of State. I was busy being tortured, as my murdered mother would say, or I would be with agar- agar, aquafaba, textured soy protein, seitan, vital wheat gluten, making masterpieces of my own. My heat sickness migraines were misdiagnosed as statistically impossible acute psychiatry— as Biden was kidnapped by Harris using Jewish invasion-pseudomedical— and in my case I was a PhD in the faculty of Harvard, disappeared i Virginia.
