Amazing savory and sweet crepes, and best of all for me, all are available in gluten free. We discovered this restaurant when we visited UNCW with our son, and now that he is a student there, we make sure to visit Our Crepes & More whenever we’re in town. My favorites are the Monte-Cristo savory and the Mont-Blanc sweet, but really, we’ve enjoyed everything we’ve tried.
An awesome brunch spot with a chilled vibe, unique ordering options, and a menu that caters to diverse tastes—you'll want to come back for more!

My husband, two kids, and I dined out for brunch on Easter morning. They had so many yummy gluten free options! I wish they carried GF pure organic maple syrup though as I am allergic to blueberries!
A vibrant spot in Wilmington, this place offers a diverse menu and a welcoming atmosphere that appeals to everyone, even non-vegans.

What a gem!!!!
I have a dairy allergy and my daughter has a gluten allergy. Not having to decipher a menu to decide on an acceptable dish is refreshing. No anxiety, no frustrations. Sealevel is good food and good vibes.
We split then chili cheese fries for an appetizer. So good when you can't have a certain ingredient.
I had the Chavo lentil burger with plantains an jerk sauce. The perfect blend of sweet and tangy! It was heaven.
My daughter had the Tempeh Ruben with house chips and chipotle mayo.
We had banana pudding for dessert and took an oatmeal cream pie cookie and a dirty brownie to go.
The staff is amazing. I look forward to driving an hour and 20 mins from SC to come back!
Fresh and delicious with a vibrant atmosphere, this spot is perfect for enjoying unique toppings and a fun family-friendly vibe.

One of the best pizza experiences in Wilmington! Specializes in Naples style Pizza. They do have a gluten-free Detroit style which I haven't tried, and they also have a grandma's Pizza that seems like it's also thicker, also haven't tried. The pizza is really on point here! Like no joke. It's really good.
The vibe here is awesome and consistent, making it a must-visit spot for amazing sandwiches and a welcoming atmosphere in the Cargo District!

There’s nothing better than a grilled cheese sandwich from Cheesesmith ESPECIALLY because they have GF options for those like myself who can’t have gluten. 10/10 all around.
Enjoy a variety of delicious dishes with fresh ingredients and many healthy options that everyone's raving about!

Into healthier food options?!
Stop by Panacea.
They have a nice selection of healthy tasty dishes. The classic burger plant based with gluten free bun is one of my favorites. The coconut curry soup is amazing.

A nice and classy restaurant with delicious vegan and gluten-free food, cocktails and mocktails. A great place to dress up and get a fine dining vibe in a beach town.
Every time I am in Wilmington, it is a must for dinner and brunch.
Today we had vegan brunch and left us wanting to return:
*Waffles Ranchero
Masa waffles, spicy chard and yummy chimichurri crema.
*Mushroom & Grits
Mild Cajun crema over crunchy oyster mushrooms and corn yummyness.
*Bloody Mary to perfection.
*Espresso Martini good but on the sweet side.
**Desserts to die-for: Banana Bread, Carrot Cake and Caramel Cheesecake. All three moist and tasty. Yum!
My favorite thing about this place is their focus on locally grown including their very own greenhouse with herbs and greens.

Stylish spot with beautifully cooked dishes that impresses both locals and visitors alike, making every meal a memorable experience.

More like Miss the Point. So my partner has celiac/gluten free, which is why we came here. First off the guy who brought us our water was the best part of our evening, he was really friendly. A bit later our actual waiter came and told us “Everything” on the menu can be made gluten free, multiple times and that the chef was celiac. He then went on to describe the menu to us for quite a while, like 5-10 min a while. Cool so we picked the beet salad to split and chicken wings to start with. Well the chicken wings are not gluten free, so we went with the pickled vegetables instead. And we ordered the Mahi fish, which also has a $5 charge for splitting as noted on the daily printed menu we were informed about. First they gave us “vegetables” instead of bread. It was dry carrots, purple cauliflower, and uncooked fennel, no dipping sauce , yum. Then our salad came out split on two plates, and I’m not kidding it was about 7 pieces of lettuce and one beat (split) between us. And the dressing was a spicy buffalo sauce. It was weird. Then the pickled vegetables came out, well they weren’t pickled, but they definitely had been sitting in some vinegar somewhere, my guess is about 10 min before they came. A bit later the waiter came back and said the Mahi was out and they could substitute scallops, and also substitute the white chocolate mole sauce for butternut squash. At this point we had no idea what we were about to consume. We gladly said no and skipped the main course. The drinks came and were “fine”, nothing bad nor special. The waiter knew something was wrong; so he offered to take the pickled vegetables off the ticket - thanks I guess… it was still $60 too much. We instead went to the corner market and got some Ruffles and Onion dip - it cost about $6 and was better than anything PinPoint had to offer and was actually gluten free, the guys (locals) behind the counter never heard of the PinPoint. It’s a tourist trap, don’t go here.
A vibrant spot with plenty of veggie options, upbeat music, and local brews, perfect for a laid-back meal while enjoying the sunset.

The server was extremely friendly and everyone was respectful and nice. I gave a 4 on service because they forgot to bring out my food and it took longer for everything to come out more then normal. But, the waitress was extremely apologetic about it. They have plenty of dairy free and gluten free options, as well as vegan. I recommend their salads and their ciders are very good if you're gluten free. Their gluten and dairy free pizza is decent. If you are going to get the Pizza, I recommend the white one or the might meat pizza GF.
Expect a delightful experience with attentive service, and don't miss out on the indulgent dessert that everyone raves about.

Celiac safe and so delicious!!!! Our wonderful server (Eva) was not only friendly and prompt but she was very knowledgeable about celiac. I felt very confident with our options. The meals was pricey (which we expected) and completely worth it. The bananas foster with gluten free snickerdoodles and brownies is a must.
