Incredible meal. Great wine list and cocktail menu! Menu changes seasonally. Tonight we had the cacio y pepe wings, deviled eggs, and the scallops. All quite delectable. Also, plenty of gluten free options including the availability of GF pizza, bread and buns. Servers and staff knowledgeable about food allergies and sensitivities. They also have a kids menu. Enjoyed a wonderful lunch with my daughter today at the Classen Curve location. I’m severe Celiac and have to be very cautious when eating out. The server Roderick was extremely helpful and cautious. He changed his gloves and washed his hands to prevent cross contamination and guided me through building my delicious Mediterranean bowl. Danetta the manager was extremely kind and assured me her entire staff took extra precautions to help people with certain dietary restrictions. The food was excellent, the restaurant was very clean and the employees were very friendly. I highly recommend Cava on Classen Curve.

My husband picked our first order up Saturday and it was SO SO delicious! I try to follow a Dr. Sebi diet as much as possible and to find an alkaline restaurant in Oklahoma is beyond amazing and I wish everyone would try their wonderful food! The mush wings were to die for, best gluten free vegan food item I think I've ever tasted. I got the gluten free quinoa burger and I never dreamed quinoa could be so tasty. My daughter got The Stanky Breath and said is was very good as well. I cannot wait to try everything else they offer, especially the sea moss smoothies!
