This place is an excellent option for those looking for gluten-free options. They have a solid selection. I have celiac and I ate here with no issue. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We were visiting Greenville and saw the sign from driving around. We made a breakfast visit before hitting the road. If we lived closer, it would be a problem - I would need to try most items on the menu. The young lady who checked us out suggested the Lavendar Honey Latte. It was so delicious that I was still thinking about it 3 days later. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars for the service alone. We came for my wife’s birthday and I was skeptic since it’s a chain but the food (lo mein, fried rice, Changs chicken, firecracker shrimp, shrimp dumplings and chicken lettuce cups) was top notch. Full of flavor and they catered to gluten sensitivity well! They even surprise us with a dessert for my wife and it wasn’t too over the top embarrassing. Best of all, our server Yas was the best. She was knowledgeable, kind and really catering to my family. Extremely impressed and will be back.

We love this your Pie!!! Zack is the absolute BEST!!! He knows our sons order by heart. We call our orders in and he has our order ready before we get there. He is always so kind and professional . Emma is the best also . She’s compassionate and understands my son that is on the autism spectrum. We love that your pie has whole wheat crust and gluten free option available . Go and check it out! I am Celiac. I observed a potential cross contamination issue and the manager and staff immediately corrected course and made it right. Customer service was excellent and I will be back. Eating out can be extremely problematic as a highly symptomatic celiac, but places like this that are willing to hear advice and then immediately implement that advice are hard to find. I will be back.

First, let me start off by saying that when we walked in, it smelled like the play place at McDonald's. Someone greeted us and sat us promptly. The table we got looked like it had been carelessly wiped off, and the kiosk on the table had a film of smudges on it. So did the menus. Our waitress was nice and came over right away to take our orders. I ordered a plain gluten-free cheeseburger well done, and my husband ordered something spicy with cheese sauce all over it. Our drinks were prompt. Unfortunately, the cups they came in were both dirty. I didn't notice until i went to take a drink, and the rim tasted weird. Whatever, it was just water, so we both set them aside and ordered milkshakes Our food came out quickly, but immediately, I hesitated because the bun did not look gluten-free, nor was it marked in any way that it could mean allergy friendly. Not to mention, it was fully loaded with everything. No biggie, I can take off what I didn't want. I ate my fries while I waited for her to come back, and she confirmed it was indeed not gluten-free and took it in back. Two minutes later, she came out with a fresh plate. Unfortunately, they took the burger off the old bun, plopped it on a gluten-free one, and slathered it in MORE mayo. (There was still lettuce stuck in the cheese, and the second one came with no lettuce - that's how I knew.) So my husband went over and had a conversation and she came back annoyed with the staff letting us know she would make it right. Meanwhile, my husband was done eating, and a manager came out and said sorry for the mixup and gave us a bunch of fries. (Like she was trying to apologize with fries) Annoyed my husband ate the fries, which weren't even the fries that had come with his meal i tried not to because I didnt want to fill up on fries. Finally, mine came out, plain on a gluten-free bun. By this time, I was unintentionally full, so we asked to get to go boxes and went to pay the bill. Again, my husband had to go have a chat because they charged us for 3 burgers instead of two. After speaking with the manager, she took off the one but refused to make any compensation for my meal being wrong twice. Or the fact that my husband didn't get the bottomless fries he ordered. Our waitress was very nice and really the only one doing any work there. Everyone else was sitting writing on little cards that I assumed they planned to hang somewhere, and the manager was sitting close by on her computer. She didn't give a **** about us or our meal. I hate to say it, but I will NEVER eat at a Red Robin again after this experience. Update: when we finally got checked into our hotel I got a stomach ache (that is specific to how I feel when I eat gluten) from what I assume was cross contamination and spent the rest of the night in the bathroom. Great way to start our vacation.

Just visited for the Highland Games and was so surprised with this cute cafe with VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE bagels! The mermaid juice rainbows in my mouth. Definitely forward to future games in Greenville so we can visit Bex!

We had a great experience tonight. My son has Celiac Disease and must eat gluten free. There were several options that were clearly marked. My son was excited to see so many options that he could eat, but settled on the green mint chip, which he said was excellent. Micah served my son, and she took great care to avoid cross contact, so my son felt very comfortable eating there. She and the gentleman working tonight both had a great attitude and were very helpful. Great service and delicious ice cream.

What an incredible place!! The calamari appetizer was the best we'd ever had. The gluten free options and specials alone were top notch. We have already planned our next date night back at Sciortino's 🍷Be sure to have a glass of their incredible wine.

All the food was excellent, fast (even for to go), and service was so nice and welcoming! You get good food portions, and is fresh and hot. Will definitely be one of our go to places in our rotation to eat! Inside was beautiful and clean as well. Lots of gluten free dishes as well which is a big plus for me! 😊

Overrated place. Almost all their plates are very oily and not healthy at all ( The place also smells like mac Donald's). If you check the ingredients they are not very healthy and almost all has soy or gluten. Nothing like having a real vegan meal with fresh veggies or healthy cooked fresh vegan food. You won't see here any veggie other than lettuce/tomato or processed mixed ingredients burgers. I never get my stomach upset eating healthy meals at a restaurant and here I felt really bad the 2 times I went. Very disappointed.

Staff here are great and sandwiches are excellent. Very allergen friendly. I have celiac disease and need to avoid gluten. They have gluten free rolls and are trained to wipe down equipment and avoid any cross contamination. And they were happy to do so! Thanks Jersey Mikes!
