Had high hopes for Sebastien Sans Gluten after hearing great things, but my visit on 7/6/25 was pretty underwhelming. I picked up a meat pie, sausage roll, cheese pastry, and a loaf of bread. The cheese pastry was alright, but the rest were a letdown. Bread: Really undercooked in the middle – sticky and doughy – with a super hard crust. It was hard to even slice, and you could see the sticky dough clinging to the knife and edges. Pie & Sausage Roll: Both had undercooked pastry. The pie filling was decent, but the sausage roll was odd – strange texture, not much flavour except fennel, and just not enjoyable. Altogether it came to just over $50, which felt steep for the quality. Left pretty disappointed and won’t be going back.

Nice quiet Cafe, Partner is Gluten free, hence the visit, definitely worth it. Gluten free Toastie and Sausage roll, Lemon Tarte and choc chip biscuits, couldn’t tell they were GF. Great little find. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby.

The coffee tastes like a cup of Columbia, yummy, and well made. The Almond Croissant is a good choice. Gluten-free, so a bit more pricey but nicely dense and filling, so good value.

5 stars across the board - would give it 6 if I could. We were looking for a coeliac friendly restaurant and Meantime was perfect as it was 100% Gluten Free! Worked for our dietary restrictions and the food was delicious! The coeliac in our group literally commented that she felt “seen” and it was wonderful that we could all share food without worrying about cross-contamination. We learnt from the Manager that the owner is coeliac herself and that just boosted our confidence. Great staff, a coeliac safe environment and delicious food! Will definitely be going back again… and again!

Delicious food in a great location for our lunch stop on the way to Canberra. We chose to stop at Truly Free Bakehouse becuase my mum is a Celiac. The rest of the family thought we'd be making a sacrifice for her enjoyment at a 100% GF bakery, but we were WRONG. It was snitzel burgers all round and they came out quickly, steaming hot, crisp and mouth-wateringly scrumptious. As a gluten eater I couldn't tell the bun, crispy and light, was gluten-free. The snitzel was perfection. Honestly. One of the best ever. AND... they didn't over do the mayonnaise. We paid $13.5 for each and the size was generous and sensibly cut in half for easy consumption. My mum couldn't resist picking up a raspberry and white chocolate muffin for the road and was pleasantly surprised that it was also one of the best ever, even compared to gluten ones. Plenty of seating, friendly staff, and so much choice for people who usually have very little. Thanks Truly Free Bakehouse for existing and bringung joy to our lives and our tastebuds.

Love the initiative array of gluten free goodies! I tried the matcha banoffee pie - it was tasty, my one criticism is that the base was not crunchy, but other than that it tasted nice and I’ve never heard of anywhere doing matcha banoffee pie, so credit to them. Pleasant staff too.

Great little pie shop for any road trip. The range is massive and they have a special cafe for gluten free pies in the same building. The pies are delicious, with nice flaky pastry and the fillings are well seasoned. I tried the curry pie, which was excellent. The garden quiche was also good, with a good serve of vegetables in it. The custard tart had a nice biscuit base and the custard was not overly sweet. Overall, a good stop to fill your pie hole.

It is dangerous how close I live to this cute little neighborhood cafe! I recently have gone gluten free too and the chocolate cake is to die for😋! They have other amazing desserts that look incredible I just always opt for the cake! Don’t miss this hit of a spot especially if you are gluten free!

The meals from Activate are delicious and nutritious, and they are all gluten-free and safe for coeliacs. The homemade taste is consistent across all the meals, even the frozen ones. My partner and I recently visited the establishment for a romantic dinner. The cocktails and entrées were absolutely delicious, and the staff were warm, welcoming and very attentive . We don’t usually leave reviews, but we felt it was important to share some feedback in the hope that it leads to improvement. Unfortunately, our main meals really let the evening down. My partner ordered the $28 smash burger, which arrived cold with a patty that was burnt, dry, and completely lacking flavour — aside from the overpowering charred taste. The chips were also cold and unsalted. Sadly, it was the worst burger either of us has ever had, and we weren’t able to finish the meal. We understand gluten-free meals often come at a premium, but the quality didn’t reflect the price point. We also waited over 45 minutes for our food, despite the venue only having a few tables seated at the time. My schnitzel was underwhelming — a very small portion, less than a quarter of a chicken breast, served cold and completely unseasoned. We were really hoping for a memorable dinner, and the evening had such a promising start. We’re sharing this feedback in the hope that it’s taken constructively and that the consistency and quality of the main dishes is reviewed.

Absolutely love this place. Everything is completely gluten free, and lots of things are also vegan-friendly. The veg pies are my favourite (and I'm saying that as someone who can eat regular pastry with gluten - these are still the best). I'm slowly making my way through the menu and everything is delicious. The owner and staff are the nicest people too. Highly recommended!

We contacted Zoe to create a dessert option for our guests who had dietary requirements at our wedding. There were numerous dessert options available on her website, however we opted for the cupcakes. The dozen cupcakes that Zoe created for us were free of lactose, gluten, eggs and nuts, and our guests said they were absolutely delicious and they also looked gorgeous. Ordering and payment via the website was super easy, and replies were made very quickly to any queries we had. Zoe prepared our order the morning of our organised pick-up day to ensure they were as fresh as possible for our wedding, and collection was easy. Thankyou Zoe!
