I was there an hour 40mins ago and bought brownie cheesecake slice and a Mince & Cheese pie which they heated up from cold for me, made today apparently. Together they cost me $17.50!! There are no prices displayed so if you're going here expecting to be satisfied on a typical NZ bakery budget then think again, the gluten free premium is rife here. Do note the lack of stars on this review reflects only on the pie of which I'm disappointed, I am half way through the pie now and I still haven't tasted the filling. For what I'm guessing is a $9 pie it's not up to par compared to much better pies in the Wellington region that are cheaper and packed to the brim with filling. Speaking of which I've gotten to the filling at last and it tastes great but still no sign of cheese. Upon finishing the pie now my conclusion is there's less than 1 teaspoon of cheese in this pie. Sorry guys but my experience of a most basic pie is lacklustre. Unlikely this review will directly affect your high rating but pie wanters should know what to expect.

First time here today and I'm blown away by the food and service. 10/10 for the Gluten free, Dairy free variety of food they have. Nice, cosy and tucked away slightly outside of Havelock city center. I never felt so good after having so much food!! Must visit specially for the gf,DF, v options and a variety of fig products!

It's a homemade place cafe but the food is yum. I got a sausage roll and mince and cheese pies gluten free that is. So tasty and will be back when I have the time and money

We're usually in too much of a hurry when we visit Whangarei to take time out in a cafe but yesterday the conditions were right and we ducked in for a light lunch. We both loved this small, friendly cafe and especially the super-strong coffee. The oat milk latte was superb. We didn't have time to order one of their main meals (another time...) but chose from the cabinet: a taco wrap and a veg muffin. Each of these came with accompanying sauces and my wife commented on how usually 'vegetable muffins' means the tiniest sliver of vegetable matter amongst all the gluten, but at the Dragonfruit Cafe it was packed full of veg and very filling. My taco wrap was in two pieces and also very filling. I'm not a big fan of "fake" meat (in this case a kind of vegan mince) and I much prefer beans but it was tasty enough to meet requirements and kept me going all afternoon. I prefer a little more "zing" to my food and perhaps there could have been some lemon seasoning or a bit of spice, but perhaps my tastebuds were just having an off day. Regardless, highly recommended and I'm looking forward to trying some of the other menu items.

EVERTHING IS GLUTEN-FREE Such amazing food and so much variety! We'd been camping, so got to town starving, stuffed ourselves and bought more for later. What a wonderful surprise to be able to eat anything there that took my fancy. The strawberry milkshake was superb and the toasted panini with spicy chutney - delicious.

Bubbles is my favourite gluten haven in Christchurch. From treats like cream buns and Tim tam muffins to beef pies and sourdough breads. I love the range of foods that also accomodate to other dietary requirements. My mum is allergic to egg and I am coeliac, so the vegan sourdough loaves are out go to! The rest of our family love the bread too even thought it’s gluten free!

Crust me it's gluten free is the most fabulous food truck ever. Nothing compares. If you missed gluten free pies, theirs are the best, I have not found any others that compare. I regularly buy their frozen pies, so I can consume at home. I also have had their other product's and they're so delicious. They are always so friendly and helpful. I am so glad I found them and I hope they are around for a long time.

100% delicious poke bowls: a perfect variety of flavours, colours, ingredients. Every bowl comes with avocado, kimchi, cabbage, fried onions, edamame, carrot, and a few other things. We enjoyed the half and half rice and spinach base option, which felt like a more light balance than a full bowl of rice. Amazingly, the entire menu is gluten-free and dairy-free! It's a really good area to eat in general, enclosed by a variety of food trucks; we've had some of the best food in the country from them.

Best paleo, keto, gluten free bread in New Zealand by far. Paleo Seed is my favorite, and must be everyone else’s too as it’s the hardest one to find unless I get in first or order it. This is the only bread in NZ that I can actually have a tasty, soft sandwich with. Love the sourdough too. Apart from day of, I freeze them all as soon as I get them so that it’s as yummy as first day. Toast is straight from there.

The best bread, gluten-free, that I have tasted since 23 years ago, when I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Even if you do not have the possibility of heating it, it is tasty, soft, with a delicate flavor. This bread has exceeded my expectations beyond the goodness it is also nutritious and healthy for the excellent organic ingredients you use. Compliments and thanks, I hope one day to find them on the shelves of large supermarkets.
