Il Covo is a new Victoria fave for me! The garden patio is beautiful and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere. Morgana, our server, was amazing and the food was excellent. Fantastic! I came for afternoon tea and had a great experience. I told them 24 hours in advance I was celiac/gluten free per policy so they could be prepared. They don’t have a gluten free menu but they can make the Winter Afternoon Tea gluten free. The whole tower is the same, just gluten free. All the food was fantastic and they were so kind. Beautiful atmosphere too.

A fabulous spot to have lunch. We shared a charcuterie board which was full of great cheese, meat and fruit as well as crackers and bread. Spot on. I had the moules in Tom yum broth which were probably the best mussels I have ever had. The broth was perfectly balanced with chilli and coriander. A pint of the red amber ale went well with it. We also had a salmon burger and there were lots of gluten free options. Our waiter was superb too. Just go, you won’t regret it!

The Avo. Club is great! Real chicken, large pieces of bacon, Roma tomato, fresh greens, cibatta was soft n fresh too.
