I never normally leave a review for anywhere but I am obsessed with this place 😍!For so many reasons, I am coeliac and have dined breakfast lunch brunch and dinner and the options are amazing and delicious.The staff are superb so so kind so knowledgeable and lovely girl even reassured me that they use separate everything to make my meal and hoped I wouldn’t be worried ! I have been coeliac for 10 and a half years and never have I had so much reassurance from somewhere which is amazing as I feel so normal and relaxed which is rare when going out to eat with an allergy .The food is lovely so much choice which again is rare ! And it’s cheap what more could you want . This location is my favourite in Belfast as I have been to another one but the staff weren’t the same couldn’t recommend more ❤️

The place wasn’t super packed but still busy. We ordered two gluten-free pizzas to-go and had a 30 minute wait. Manager at the time was apologetic and helpful when we went inside to ask about progress.
Pizza tasted great but was a little on the crispier side and was not cut. The cheese showed lines of scoring but the dough wasn’t cut through at all and we had to spend some amount of time cutting through the dry dough

Went here tonight for my sister’s birthday. If you’re in Belfast, you must stop by the Great Northern Mall and pop in to this absolute gem of a place. We were already excited to hear Nica Nica did gluten free cannolis and croissants. i said i was gluten intolerant from the moment i walked in, when i ordered my food and asked if the soup was gluten free it seemed majorly out of the servers way to do that for me, she said she’d ask. She never came back, ordered the soup and fries i asked for, not letting me know if they were gluten free or not. had to ask a different server to go and check twice about the fries and soup, after they had arrived. I wasn’t given the soup options it was chosen for me, again not knowing at this point if it was gluten free. I didn’t feel that welcome by who was serving me and i’m pretty sure i was over charged. 2 of our party of 4 are Coeliacs and we were all looking forward to our meal.
Our first disappointment came when I was informed that there were no gluten free starters...the server spent some time checking the allergy sheet then consulted someone in the kitchen.
My daughter had gluten free pasta which was ok...but not great.
I had a GF pizza which was nice although slightly undercooked.
We wanted to order aa second bottle of Pellegrino but they'd run out...it was on our bill but they agreed to remove it.
All in all it was disappointing amd we'd travelled 40 miles to eat there.

Cyprus Avenue is hands down my favourite place for a Sunday lunch in East Belfast. The menu, presentation, service, ingredients are creative, fresh and flawless. Seafood and vegan options are spot on. My celiac friend has never had any issues with GF and DF options. Coffee is great with dairy free alternatives. I love their outdoor seating on a sunny day. Honestly, it's a joy to be there from 'hello' to 'see you soon'. Roadside parking is the only little thing I could do without; it's hard to find a spot nearby on a busy day. Five stars overall. (Sorry, no pics atm. I'm always so excited to eat there that I dig in straight away. I'll have to remember to take some photos next time :)

This was probably 3-3.5 rather than a 4 but I could see the potential for greatness. It has the potential to be a fair bit more than it was last night anyway.
Bathrooms were run down and in real need of maintenance and makeover.

The food ingredients were very tasty. The problem was that my food was sitting waiting under the heat lamp for 10-15 minutes. We were beside the heat lamps and recognised our meal from the start. Because of this, my entire meal was just luke warm. The wedges were quite overcooked and therefore crunchy so I wouldn't recommend them. So it was a very mixed experience.
Bathrooms felt a bit grotty, food was very tasty but barely even warm. I'd also appreciate a bit more clarity on what was gluten free. What will be included what won't if I order the gluten free version of this. A separate gluten free menu would be easily done and would stop a lot of going back and forth to check with chefs.
We would definitely come back here but not in a hurry.
