My friend is gluten intolerant, and they have an entire gluten-free menu. Got the pan fried chicken dumplings, beef in black bean, and pork Mongolian. Food was ok. Quite sweet for me. The pinot noir was nice.

Always a winner and lives up to the hype! The kingfish sashimi, pork roll ups, and wagyu pad see ew are outstanding. The barramundi and pork salad is also fantastic. The only downside is that sometimes I've felt a bit rushed when dining here. It's great that they now accept bookings instead of just walk-ins.

Jam packed Friday night but they found us a table so quickly. Service was fast, friendly and knowledgeable for GF v coeliac. Food was amazing. Cocktails were even better. Hardware Lane is extremely competitive for dinner service with lots of cafes and restaurants. It can be confusing to choose but can highly recommend Max. Also well heated on cold nights.
