Unfortunately I got 'glutened' here so spent the last night and day of our holiday sick. It's a shame as I was really clear that I have coeliac disease, and they were very careful to check for gluten-free options I could have.
Delicious food and really good service. It is fine to have slightly shorter intervals for brunch, so that you can have a change at the buffet. That's probably why it all appears fresh and delicious. An added bonus was the option of fresh, crusty gluten-free bread. We will definitely come again :)
Delicious place and really good gluten-free food - highly recommended.

Wokshop used to be my favorite restaurant. But yesterday I had a really unfortunate visit. The glass with bubbles had a slight vinegar taste, the stopper on the bottle was probably not tightly closed. Fortunately, the waiter gave me the opportunity to exchange for another drink. The appetizer was delicious. But the one main course of noodles with meat and vegetables was close to inedible. The beef was completely undercooked, so the dish was simply so dry and boring. The dish had absolutely no flavor and too many noodles compared to vegetables. I agree that I had asked for a gluten-free version, but then it must be the chef's job to make something that still tastes good. When I signaled to the waiter that the meat was dry and the dish had no taste, nothing happened. The result was that I could not eat that dish, and the dish therefore almost went back untouched when it was taken from the table. In return, my friend got a delicious Panang Curry. So I ended up leaving the restaurant hungry and having paid a lot of money without getting an edible main course. I was really disappointed by that. It seems that the quality of the meat has changed and as if the chef should taste the food before it is sent to the customer to ensure that the quality is correct. That's an ommer.
There is no gluten in their rice unlike most other sushi places in Aarhus. When I arrived they gave me their allergens card and a glutenfree soy sauce. We ordered from tablet where I could comment "glutenfree" on everything I ordered (my partner ordered things with gluten from same tablet).
The allergens card was not up to date, but when I ordered something that could not be made gluten free anyway, they just didn't make it and the server told me.
The cook was super nice and seperated the sushi on different serving boards (glutenfree and with gluten) and even adjusted sushis on the menu to be without gluten-ingredients so I could try more things.
I would recommend not coming in rush-hour as I assume it will be harder for them to take such good care as they did for me. I ate there around evening on a weekday.
There is a discount if you eat early eventhough the price is already fair for all-you-can-eat.
Super good sushi, with the option of gluten-free sushi and soy

Incredibly delicious food and wine, as well as good service. Uma took into account gluten allergies and my boyfriend who is a vegetarian. We will definitely eat here again. Uma can definitely be recommended.
The food is delicious and the girl at the reception is always super nice and patient 🙌. So many gluten free recipes to choose from including sambars. Only disadvantage is the price ia a bit high😅
