Oryza has become a staple of our Asian food expeditions whenever the desire arises. The primary reason is my wife has Celiac’s and therefore must avoid gluten. Oryza fortunately uses corn based flour, not wheat. This wizardy allows food allergen victims to be able to eat from their diverse menu. Their food preparation is excellent. The atmosphere is chill. The service is fantastic. We’ve had only 1 negative experience and noticed that same server was not employed there for much longer. ANYWAYS- this is a great place for Asian cuisine. The owner is always friendly and recognizes us when we visit.

Trevor and Cordell did an incredible job! We get them almost everytime we come and their service never disappoints. They make each dining experience one to remember! The food is fire as always! Thankful for all the gluten-free options!

Incredible! The drinks were fun and the menu had a ton of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free options. Beautiful atmosphere as well- Would recommend!

First off, the prices are kind of insane. Individually priced items are okay, but the all you can eat for adults is $30 but under 10 and over 65 is only $5 less. Make that one make sense. 20% gratuity included. Regardless of that, and the lackluster quality of food/ the amount of non-options for children was disappointing. Aside from gluten alergies, they gave ignorant (not as in stupid) responses for alternatives for an egg allergy. I will not be returning.

We visited the Ames location for the first time for a birthday and it was delicious! The service was prompt and attentive. Great selection of mocktails. Loved that it is quiet and you can easily carry on a conversation with others--even in a large group. Lots of gluten free options if you need those!

Terrible experience, terrible customer service, terrible food, got food poisoning last time I ate there. Blaring profane music, rice was cold. Sauce was a horrible mix of sweet and sour, could barely stand a bite after the second. Steak was cold, chicken came out tasting horribly burnt. Would never recommend to anyone in the fort dodge area. You could do better making it at home yourself for much less. Claim to be gluten free yet everything they make is exposed to gluten. Only thing they do well is provide marshmallow bars that they don't make, I would rate lower if I could.

They have amazing gluten free options! And the gluten free dishes are marked right on the menu so there’s no confusion. I’ve had the pad thai and the Thai fried rice, which were both awesome.

Hello to all my celiac and gluten free friends. I was in Iowa this week and I came and tried red ginger . I love that they had gluten free soy sauce :) and our server was so knowledgeable about celiac and gluten free . I had the Philadelphia roll and I believe the avocado roll. I did try the kimchi tho and I got a slice bloating from it , they did confirm it was gluten free but maybe my stomach wasn't used to it. Anyways we had a great time and I'll definitely going back

Good place! The only reason I gave 4 stars was the cook seemed to have no idea what "gluten-free" meant as he took none of the precautions usually taken for a gluten-free customer. I had no problems but this is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened.

Would have given 5 stars overall and on service. However this is 2nd or 3rd time I've told the cook I'm on a gluten-free diet and none of the usual precautions were taken. No adverse effects but please make sure your employees who are cooking understand what that means. Otherwise good food and experience as always!

We've been here twice now, and I need to tell everyone and their mom about the service here!!! First time we were here my husband took a lot of the servers time to ask a small mountain of questions - and this server really REALLY impressed our entire table. The gentleman with really long dark hair, I don't recall his name - but I was truly impressed that he answered every seemingly silly question my husband had for him! Not even a sigh of annoyance! Exceptional ✨️ Last night we were "those people". We called for pickup with less than 20 minutes till close AND we arrived 6 minutes after 9pm. I would like to say, I'm sorry for that. I know that sucks for you guys as it was a Monday and probably a slow one. The few staff that stuck around waiting for us AND the kitchen staff that made our ENTIRELY gluten free order - im sorry. Yall are amazing. You are appreciated, and our 6 month wedding anniversary would have been very different with your yummy yummy food! THANK YOU - and I hope your management let's you guys know when your being praised and appreciated!!! ✨️✨️✨️ We'll be back, but much before closing time 😅

I cannot give more than one star to a place where a waiter (Nick) refused to walk over to us yelling in front of everyone, “What?? I see you!” When we politely waved him towards us saying, “We have a question.” He didn’t budge and said, “And I have an answer. What?” It was embarrassing. I wish I had a video of it. When we had to answer with enough volume across the seated guests that it was about something we ordered, he finally walked over. He was rude. We said we ordered sashimi. I never had sashimi served on tempura squash, and since one of our group was gluten sensitive, we said we wouldn’t have ordered it. He master-of-factly declared that EVERYTHING (enunciated) was gluten. Including the seaweed salad, Nick? The roll with virtually nothing but fish and roe, Nick? You are rude. On the other hand, Josh was pleasant, and he helped make up for the poor behavior. But the damage was done. While we had planned meals, we had had enough and left.

My buddy and I had an amazing gluten free but absolutely delicious meal that by the end of it included goat, lamb and chicken. Super friendly and prompt service. Not a fancy restaurant but it was very nice and super clean. I will be back!

I've gone here multiple times and thought it was great, so my husband and I had our side dishes delivered from Lotus to our wedding! The owner himself delivered the food hot and ready, and it was delicious. He even had the kitchen make two separate meals for my two guests who were gluten free/vegan, and they said it tasted great, which not everyone can do! Highly recommend.

Never had been there and that is where our granddaughter wanted to go for her 18th Birthday. She had been there before!!! My daughter and I are celiac. Our server was very helpful with what we could have!!! The food was awesome and the owner asked if we wanted to try a new dish!!! It was fantastic!!!

So. I don’t even know where to begin. Pho was cold, vegan pho was very underwhelming and both it and the beef had a bitter aftertaste. The beef was ordered and charged as a full size, but was definitely in a smaller bowl than the vegan. I asked if one of the foods was able to be made gluten free and if they could find out which part wasn’t gluten free and they said they’d find out, walked to the counter, walked back, and told me they think ‘it all has it in it. or maybe just the sauce?’ We ordered a regular % cloud match boba and a 50% sweet Thai milk tea with oat milk. The cloud matcha came out with 50% sweet and the Thai milk tea came out with milk. Lastly, the vegan pho was specifically stated that it’s a wheat allergy and I found several egg noodles in it! I’m very allergic to dairy and wheat- both were stated when ordering every single thing- yet both ended up in my system! Not part of the review :if you think I’m just Karen-ing or whatever, please see my profile- I very very rarely post negatives reviews anywhere. This one is just so dangerous that it needs to be out there asap
