Unlike other soba that often contains wheat, Yosaku's commitment to quality is evident. With new ownership, there's been a subtle shift in taste, yet the restaurant maintains its excellent atmosphere and flavors. Their sushi and sashimi selection is extensive, including weekly specials. If you're lucky, you might even get to try their Otoro. For fish lovers, their Hamachi-Kama (Grilled Yellowtail Collar) is a delight, offered at a very reasonable price but in limited quantities.

My boyfriend and I stopped here because their menu had their gluten free options clearly labeled which can be a struggle when eating out. Our server was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and was able to recommend an appetizer (Tatsuta Age!) that was absolutely delicious.
