Almost always great. Food was excellent, service was excellent. Gluten free options that taste amazing. Aaron is one of the best servers we've had in a long time. Ask for Aaron if at all possible.

This is definitely the BEST Filipino restaurant in Houston, probably Texas too. Their food is super tasty and doesn't look like a pile of slop like typical Filipino food does. They are also super accommodating to food allergies which I have yet to encounter another Filipino restaurant that does, especially gluten. Highly recommend the fried rice, lechon, cola adobo, wings, bistek, bbq skewers, any of their cocktails, and of course their Halo Halo!
Experience a cozy vibe with tasty dishes and creative cocktails, perfect for memorable nights out with friends.

First visit but will return. Chicken satay was delicious and loved the cucumber relish and the peanut sauces. Server was very nice & took excellent care of us. She even brought my husband extra spicy dips for his food! Server was also helpful with one of our group who must eat gluten free.
With house-made noodles and a perfectly flavored broth, this spot is a standout for ramen lovers craving something special.

A little disappointed as I used this app to find this place! We are from out of town - definitely not celiac friendly. They use the same boiling water for all noodles - ended up at Mexology in the same food hall. Had steak tacos - very good!

Being Gluten Free there are not typically a lot of Asian food choices for me. Tiger Noodle House has an AMAZING General TSO chicken that I have enjoyed several times! My husband typically gets the Orange Beef, which is also Gluten Free! Recently we tried their pineapple fried rice- it’s the ONLY rice they have that’s Gluten Free! It’s hands down one of the best fried rices I’ve had. The flavor is very unique and it’s now a must had side order for us. The service has always been great and the plates come out piled up high with hot food!
Enjoy a lovely meal on a charming patio with helpful suggestions and a menu that clearly highlights various options for everyone.

My husband and I enjoyed an amazing lunch at Huynh today. The manager Brian took such good care to help us choose something that I could eat with my gluten and dairy free diet and made some amazing recommendations. My favorite part of the meal was the rice “cake” that came with my yummy dish. The food and experience was really above and beyond. We would love to come back in the future.

Hayden (manager) and Tommy (waiter) took great care of us! I have celiac disease, and they were extremely accommodating. They worked together to find a delicious solution. If you are GF, highly recommend getting the broth and plain rice as a safe alternative to the ramen.

My party and I had a wonderful experience, especially thanks to our server Brian. My boyfriend has a gluten allergy and trying to find a place with gluten-free options or people who are knowledgeable of a gluten-free diet is always a challenge. I told Brian ahead of time that our table had a gluten allergy and he told us to go ahead, select our options and he would see what he could do. We ordered an assortment of nigiri, three rolls, the ceviche, grilled shishito peppers, house made seaweed salad - all of which Brian made sure could be modified into a gluten-free version and were still so delicious! We were so pleasantly surprised to hear his expertise on the ingredients in each dish. I could tell how attentive he was being throughout the night as he brought us our dessert bowls before we had the chance to order, it felt like he was reading our minds. The kakigori and green tea soufflé cake were also gluten-free and were a lovely touch to end the night on. We’re still raving about the amazing experience today and it wouldn’t have been the same without him. Thank you so much! :)

Jenni’s Noodle House is such a gem for anyone with dietary restrictions! As someone with celiac and eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), finding safe and delicious Asian cuisine can be a challenge, but Jenni’s makes it so easy. They offer gluten-free options, and the staff is super knowledgeable and accommodating when it comes to allergies.
The food is always fresh, flavorful, and comforting—I never feel like I’m missing out! If you’re gluten-free or have food sensitivities, I highly recommend checking them out. We have been going to both Lua Viet locations for over a year and it is always a super pleasant expirence. The admiral shrimp vermicelli is my go to, with the shrimp spring rolls (get the fish sauce to make gf). The employees are always fantastic and the food is 10/10. Definitely give this place a shot!
Sushi here is top-notch, but the limited vegetarian options may leave some diners wanting more.

Really great sushi. Only complaint is the lack of vegetarian options. Most sushi places in the area have more vegetable rolls. There’s only 1 on this menu, then there 2 more on their gluten free menu. Also they have zero vegetarian soup options. Their miso and vegetable soups both have bone broth. My wife has alpha gal allergies so thankfully they let us know. Their ramen broth is also all beef broth, no veggie option. The few rolls they have are delicious. Some really excellent sushi. If they had more veggie options we would order from here a lot.

Not good. Found gluten noodles in our gluten free ramen. My gluten intolerant friend is going to be really sick tomorrow. Sushi was lacking (three pieces plus two ends does not constitute a roll?) and fell apart when picked up with chopsticks. Small portions and overpriced compared to other places I've been... I don't like going home hungry. Atmosphere is cramped and surfaces and floor was grubby. Our waitress was kind enough, but not much else to like about this restaurant. Had already looked the place up beforehand and was looking forward to it, but just not the quality as you would expect from a place like this.

AMAZING food. There were a few options for gluten free. The chicken can be made grilled and with your own seasoning. The crispy pork belly was PHENOMENAL! Even my picky kid enjoyed the food. We ordered Siopao (steam bun with chicken), Lechon Kawali (crispy pork belly), the kid sliders, and the Flip 'n fries, my fries were gluten free. I added grilled chicken with garlic seasoning to my fries. My guy added BBQ pork. Definitely worth the drive from the northside to try this place out!

I ordered via UberEats Eat. I got the Masala dosa. The dosa was huge! It was also packed full of flavor. It would be extremely helpful if the menu was clearly labeled vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. Please take this into consideration. I even looked at your actual restaurant menu and it is not clearly labeled. I love how many vegetarian options there are. I cannot speak for the ambience because I did not dine in.
Fantastic Gluten Free and Vegetarian options. The service was typical for an establishment with a more authentic feel. Not too friendly, but not rude, just in the middle. I would suggest eating family style at this restaurant. The plates are portioned largely. A family of 4 can dine off 3 dishes and be full. My group had Peppercorn Chicken, Prawns, and fried rice. We had food left to take home. Went during the weekday, believe it was a Tueaday around 7pm. No wait, sat immediately. Parking lot was valet for the mexican restaurant only, all other spaces were marked for the other retail places. Finding parking was a hassle, but do-able. If you want authentic food and a fantastic dining atmosphere, then make sure to eat here.

some of the best handrolls i've ever had, service was ok at best, kinda awkward because no one greets you or sits you when you walk in and the music was so loud it was so hard to communicate with the people working at the bar but they were super acommodating with gluten intolerance

My wife and I went in yesterday for lunch and the guys were fantastic to us. They let me try their non-alcohol beer (dry January, ugh), he had the can open before I knew it, wasn’t for me but didn’t charge me. They even brought us an extra side that we were talking about ordering sometime. This was the second time we have been there and the food/service was fantastic each time. My wife is gluten free and loves their chicken.

Delicious food. Loved the Thai chicken Taco. Taco Tuesday is a great deal, some tacos are 2 and 3 dollars when they are normally 4 and up.
They also could do some tacos gluten free, you just have to ask. (Does not include Thai chicken, but they had some awesome options). My mother with celiac was taken care of here and after eating here twice she did not react so I would say this place is safe for people with celiac just ask about menu items before hand.

Great place! It had gluten free options for my wife and had very good service. I was clumsy when I dropped my glass of water but my waiter Thien and Levi quickly came to rescue and cleaned up after me! The conjak noodles were great even though it was gluten free along with the broth, tofu, noodles, bok shoy, ginger, and bean sprouts. I also had the best kimchi fried rice. I’ll definitely come back for happy hour for the drinks. Thorn and Levi very friendly informative service while we navigated the menu. Will definitely be back.

We stopped In for the first time. I'm typically picky when it comes to ramen, but there offers, were great enough for someone like me. I got gluten free noodles and it was cooked to perfection. Made me feel like I was eating normal again. There ramen left us feeling full, but not heavy. We also had the gyzoa and it was crispy, juicy and light. Our server was nice, and was really upfront with our questions. Great quality food would highly recommend l, and will go back.

The only reason this review is getting a four star rating is from the amazing customer service provided by Vanessa. I chose to eat here after they listed they had gluten free options available as I have celiac disease. Once I arrived I asked Vanessa what gluten free options they had but a male employee rudely cut us off stating they have no gluten free options. Vanessa, even tho in training, took it upon herself to call a manager and have them talk to me. Although it was frustrating to see the manager not even know what allergens are in her food, Vanessa was still dedicated to helping me. There were other women working who were also amazing. Sadly the male staff members were extremely hostile and even came to ID’d us after we had already been served. Moral of the story is don’t go here if you have allergies, wanna overpay and if you do choose to eat here make sure Vanessa is working!!

Our family loves Thai food, this was our first time trying Lanna Thai and it didn’t disappoint! I am vegetarian and was really happy to see many Tofu options as well as a few I could tell were gluten free. I got the Larb Tofu and the soft tofu spring rolls. The salad dressing was delicious, a mix of sweet and savory, the salad was fresh and the tofu nice and crispy.
My son got the chicken fried rice and it had a very generous amount of chicken, onions and yellow peppers. My husband got the chicken pad Thai and he said it was very good.
We all agreed that we would definitely get takeout from here again!

My chef husband and I truly enjoyed our first time lunch date at this little jewel. I love the way they built out the space giving a wonderful intimate atmosphere. The sake ;), pad Thai and chicken curry was outstanding following the peanut dressing salad and chicken soup. They actually picked up on our questions about the fried roll option and understood our gluten allergy. This place is worth the visit.
Had this place not been inside the mall I probably would have rated different. BUT- it is in the mall by Frodo’s castle, the staff is nice, service is quick (unless you are stuck behind slow customers), and it is clean & has a nice modern ambiance. I ordered the shrimp/chicken spring rolls and the pork spring rolls. The peanut sauce is on the sweet side but tasty. The spring rolls are wrapped nicely with good ratio of meat. Overall- it is a gluten free option in the mall & I have no complaints- so it definitely deserves a five for fast mall food.
Been here a few times before covid and recently have been back for take out a couple times. Food is consistently great quality. We order gluten free and the guy who answers and also cooks some of the stuff is super helpful. One of the food delivery apps wasn't available when I ordered a few weeks ago so I drove from the i10 and Westgreen area to pick up. It only takes 6 minutes to get there and it's so worth it.

Edited to add: I went back the following week and had a way better experience, better service, and discovered there IS tamari (gluten free soy sauce) available. The manager, Ricky, was extremely helpful and accommodating. You gained an extra star. ⭐
The lunchtime buffet is a really good deal. The sushi was fresh and delicious. Our server was pleasant enough but in spite of it saying on the menu "ask your server if you have any food allergies" he seemed utterly lost when I asked. I had to persuade him to ask a manager. We also had to wait a LONG time for our food. Some more training in good customer service would be beneficial.
Gluten free menu and helpful staff was willing to look up ingredients for other allergies. Thais spicy fried rice is really good. Thai stir fry if you want more veggies in your meal. Tiki marsala is ok. A variety of gluten free options, we have integrated them into our restaurant choices.
The guys are awesome. They make everything the way you want and get it right. If you're gluten free let them know and they have a wide selection of menu items they will make for you special. Great staff. Will be coming back.

The ramen here is always so tasty. I ordered the spicy garnet ramen and my boyfriend who is gluten free had the special which was the Asian spicy ramen. Sooo good. Julio was our server and he was very kind and attentive. We will definitely be back!
Tried this resturant for the first time…what a pleasure!!! Menu is great snd my food was delicious…. waited on us and was so helpful and pleasant. BTW I am gluten free
I had an opportunity to try all-vegan buffet at Pine Forest Garden Restaurant 松柏園素菜館 in February and I was very satisfied. I came with my vegan friends for the first time.
I like the way it was setup. layout of buffet line. One side of buffet closer to the rice etc are all vegetable dishes - no fooling of my eyes of what they are. I liked vegetarian dumplings, vegetable egg rolls and simple stir fried vegetables.
But the opposite side is mostly impostors - common food made of vegetables. I liked vegetarian burgers (meat colored vegetables sandwiched by 2 slices of sesame bread) and vegetarian chicken (wheat gluten shaped like soy sauce chicken truly fooled my eyes and taste buds).
Besides buffet at lunch and dinner, you can order dishes from the kitchen. This made a fantastic idea for takeouts during the temporary restriction the restaurants by the government officials due to CoVid19 concerns.

I chose Roka Akor for my birthday dinner and Roka Akor did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised to see 40- and 20-year port on their menu and I enjoyed a glass of each. I ordered the Japanese styled fried chicken - chefs kiss! We shared the brussel sprouts - this ranks amongst the best I've had. My husband ordered steak and loved it so much he finished it and ordered *another* meat dish (which he also enjoyed). Our waiter was very detail oriented, taking the time to make sure my gluten sensitivity was covered and being swift in her service but not at all in a "I'm sooo busy" kind of way. More so in a "I'm here and I want to give you space to enjoy yourselves". I like how the restaurant looks - clean and almost minimilist. Parking is very easy as well.
Overall, we will be back in the near future!
I love this place because the food is delish, prices are great, items containing gluten are clearly marked on the menu, and the staff are so friendly!! This place hits all the boxes for me!
