This is a staple for me. I always get the sunshine and pd roll but the executive and tnt and the one with mango and jalapeño are also good. The dessert is amazing though I miss the gluten free cheesecakes they used to have. I’ve never gotten sick here. You also can buy their gluten free teriyaki and jalapeño teriyaki in bottles to take home.

The food is good, and it is great to have a gluten free option around here, but the service is lacking. They routinely mess up out orders, often leaving out the upgrade items (that were an additional cost). Then the manager gives you attitude when you point it out. She also talks to the employees about customers in Spanish in an attempt to make it so that the customers don't know what she's saying. Only works if you don't have bilingual customers... And it's pretty inappropriate anyway.

They are always out of various foods and are unreliable when you call. I have called multiple times to check to see if they have certain foods, for example, chicken katsu and they will say they do but then going in they are out. This has happened.multiple times when going. They also do not offer gluten free like the Midvale location. There a couple times where they told me it was but served it normal. When brought to their attention they insisted it was. Other celiac and I have gotten very sick due to this. If you go, Midvale is incredible and the best location, especially if you are celiac.

Really bad experience, I asked for a gluten free bowl (I have celiac disease, and literally specified I have an allergy) and they brought out a bowl with fried onions. I can’t eat that, I’ll start vomiting and having diarrhea in like an hour. The lady was mean about it too saying it was okay because I “looked so healthy”. I took it to the front and they made me buy a new one instead of just replacing the one I was allergic to. So I paid $30 for two bowls, I can’t eat one, and they weren’t even that good (too sweet, needs more lime or fish sauce). Would not recommend, and I will not be recommending them to the gluten free community in Utah.

My boyfriend and I recently went on a gluten-free diet for health reasons and have to be really careful. We informed the staff and they made sure our sashimi salad didn’t have its usual sauce - instead they provided Ponzu sauce and walked us through the ingredients in it. I so appreciate the care & attention given - the sashimi salad is also absolutely incredible. The restaurant is super cute & has a great vibe. 10/10 recommend to everyone !!!
