Arrived to find only free tables were covered with food containers and glasses from previous customers. Eventually had to ask for table to be cleaned. Gluten free buns had run out. Then food ordered at counter did not arrive. Was told they recorded wrong table number. Was told a fresh order would be made, but eventually arrived mostly cold. Drink fridge was not cold.

I don't usually write reviews, but the very sweet staff had asked me to share my experience at Betty's Burgers. Last night was my first time going there with my family and it was amazing. The food did take around 15 minutes, but they seemed extremely busy. I had the vegetarian burger with trufffle fries and it was so good! The staff were so friendly and helpful, my mom has a celiac allergy and they were very accommodating. I would definetely say this diner is allergy friendly and will definetely come back again before we go home.

We live locally and have ordered takeaways from here a few times now. We order from the separate gluten free menu and the food is always fresh and tasty! We will dine in the restaurant next time as it looks like an authentic atmosphere

My partner took me here for our first date and now we have been going here consistently for over a year! Everyone is always so friendly & accommodating. The staff are very attentive and care about your experience. There is a wide variety of food and drink options, tapas style and about 4 or 5 dishes are plenty to feed 2 people. It's one of the only places we trust going out as my partner is coeliac and he has never had any repercussions after eating here. The atmosphere is amazing, the Spanish guitar players and the band at nights are fun and friendly and not overly in your face so you can still have a conversation and enjoy the music at the same time. I've always loved the courtyard area with the fairy lights, it makes it seem magical - also the new inside renovations are looking great! Honestly if I had the $$ my partner and I were even joking/ hypothesising about having our wedding reception here it is that great. Awesome work Gypsy Team, keep it up!

I went on a coffee date with my friend, the atmosphere is really amazing around the lake. Multiple outdoors and indoor seating available. Kids play ground very close, and kids friendly. Various choice of sweet and savoury in house made cakes and muffins. I loved raspberry curd gluten-free with matcha tea, absolutely delicious! Service was on time even though it was busy morning. Friendly and pleasant staffs. Recommended for family with kids or just friend catch up.

Every time I go there is girl ‘Rupinda’ she is exceptionally talented. How professionally she treats every single customer with a wider smile. I went there last week, was looking for specific gluten free product that they didn’t have but she showed some other brands that they had, she googled it and gone beyond to helped me and she convinced me I bought it. First time visit the park with my family on weekend. Had fish and chips and chicken burger with a cold pressed juice called ‘strawberry lemonade’. Best burger and juice we have ever had. Kids had ice creams too. Despite being busy in weekend, the staff members were very friendly and polite. They have variety of food available for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and other alternative meals. Also, they provide tap beers too. Enjoyed the meal and atmosphere.

I’m being honest when I’m saying this is probably the right place for the best vegan and gluten free pizza. It’s being very hard for me to have a nice pizza since I became vegan considering that I’m also gluten free, but this team is amazing and their gluten free pizza base is absolutely perfect! I had the potatoes pizza, if I’m not wrong it’s named Emma on the menu. Simple pizza, fresh ingredients and a little bit of Italian taste that made me feel, for a bit, that I was genuinely at home, in my lovely Italy 🇮🇹 Thank you team! Looking forward to visit you again and have the same amazing pizza!

Food was nice but it can be quite loud to the point that you can't hear someone on the other side of the table. But the atmosphere is good. Great that they cater for gluten free and coeliacs, and have a seperate menu which highlights what is appropriate. Do not order BOTH of the papaya salad and the scallops. The dishes taste exactly the same. The larb is unpleasantly spicy, even if you like spice, but the flavour is great! Expensive for the quality but it looks great and the whole building is lovely.

Walked straight up to the counter to order, no problem, I was on a winning streak! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very good awareness of cross-contamination issues for us coeliac diners, we were confident dining there after speaking with the staff. We haven't had a thickshake since we were diagnosed more than a decade ago, and the chocolate thickshake was generously sized and also actually tasted like it did have chocolate in it, which is much better than I remember from years ago at Hungry Jack's. We ordered the Aussie Burgers with added grilled pineapple in a gluten-free bun. The staff said that everything would be prepared separately and that all the sauces were gluten free. It is not what we were expecting from a little burger place so we are very pleasantly surprised. When the burgers came we were impressed by the gf buns - not dry at all, and of a good size to cope with the quality filling. Not an overfilled bun, due to the nature of the smashed burger patty, which I've not had before but was enjoyable. The burger was full of quality ingredients. Butter lettuce, crispy bacon, a good sized egg, yummy beetroot - all very fresh and delicious! I recommend dining here, either in store where you can people watch people going in and out of the shopping centre or take a burger picnic across to nearby Lake Gwelup. It is not a romantic dine in experience due to it's openness and proximity to the entrance of the shopping centre but the seats are comfortable enough and it's very clean and the staff are lovely.

A favourite cake and coffee hangout for the family. The cakes are amazing and change regularly. The coffee is excellent, as is the Matcha Chai. The gluten free brownies are the best - dense and moist unheated, or light and gooey heated.

Shout out to the 3 guys working at Long Shot in WH Smith near gate 46 around 5.30pm yesterday (Tues 2nd July). We were looking for gluten-free dinner options on a very tight schedule. They couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the options, providing suggestions and then taking seriously the need for avoiding cross-contamination which is very important to coeliacs. We both really enjoyed the gluten-free chicken ceasar on turkish bread roll and the normal (non-GF) roast veggie bagel. When our flight boarded early because the airline wanted to depart ahead of schedule, the guys were super-helpful in getting us out quickly and they didn't complain at all when we apologised for failing to have time to clean up our table when our flight was on final call much earlier than expected. Thank you for being so lovely and service-oriented! At $46, a bit pricey for 2 toasted sandwiches (albeit large toasted rolls) and 2 hot drinks, but hey, it's an airport ... and the super-helpful service made up for the price :)

Wow...fantastic Thai food, the best we have tasted in Perth. Service was fast and very efficient. The food was delicious and well presented. All food options are available for Vegan, vegetarians and gluten free. Authentic flavours of Thailand served with a smile and consideration for disabilities and impairments. Access via the front of the shopping centre up the slight ramp and turn left. Its on the corner. Open 11 till 2pm and then open again 4:30 till 8:30pm. Only closed on Sunday. Dont miss out on this fabulous food. Its well worth the drive.....
