GRÃO FINO * ITAIM BIBI/SP
Grão Fino, a mix of "restaurant and bakery", is a true refuge for those seeking healthy, tasty food and those with dietary restrictions in the heart of the city of São Paulo.
It stands out for being one of the pioneering establishments in offering gluten-free and lactose-free products in the city, which makes it a paradise for celiacs, lactose intolerants and those following specific diets.
Located in Itaim Bibi, Grão Fino surprises with its charming and welcoming atmosphere. Although it is a bakery, it also operates as a café and small restaurant, with different spaces.
There is a counter with benches at the entrance, tables inside and a delightful winter garden in the back, which is pet-friendly. This space is ideal for work meetings, get-togethers with friends and to enjoy a quiet moment with your pet.
The great difference of the place is its elaborate and diverse menu, which proves that functional food can be incredibly tasty. Everything is prepared with fresh, preferably seasonal ingredients, and the restaurant values gluten-free, lactose-free and preservative-free recipes, with several vegan and low-carb options.
Products such as breads, jams, functional pastas, peanut butters, vegan cheeses and granolas can be found at the restaurant.
Grão Fino offers a complete gastronomic experience that pleases all palates, even with dietary restrictions. In fact, it is highly recommended for those seeking a healthy and conscious diet, without sacrificing flavor and variety.
@conceito_deluxo was invited, I had lunch at the restaurant, I really liked it and I recommend it!

I'm celiac and since I discovered Pra Além de Bom, I've been happier.
I love the tarts, the strawberry, apple and pear ones are my favorites, I order them every week.
I recently tried the lemon cake, it's perfect, soft, and moistens Dinho just right, perfect!!!!
I loved that they're selling slices so we can try the flavors of the cakes before ordering the whole one.
The honey and spice cake is also perfect. I didn't like the topping of the carrot cake very much, but the dough itself is delicious too.
I highly recommend it, quality ingredients, tasty food and best of all, it's safe for celiacs.
The place is lovely. There are a variety of delicious options for those with gluten and lactose restrictions. We bought several products from the shop, including French bread and frozen cheese bread. At the café in the outdoor area, we tried the grilled bread and the cheese bread, which didn't even taste like it didn't have cheese. I highly recommend it. Just be prepared to pay, because everything is salty.
We like this place so much, I don't even like going there because I'm tempted to eat too much. Everything is delicious, the French bread is exactly the same, and the Parmesan... ahhh, I'm here evaluating it with my mouth watering. They don't open on weekends, but they deliver via Ifood or via WhatsApp. The service is 1000000. 100% safe for celiacs.

I was treated exceptionally well (I believe it was by the owner of the bakery), he introduced me to all the products because I have just started on this gluten and lactose free diet. I bought a brigadeiro honey bread and I'm already a fan!!!!!!!!!!! The TB brownie, delicious... the oat bread, he gave me tips on how to stock up and what to eat with! I'll be back every week with ctz! Lol Success to the Functional Bakery!

I'm not yet very used to the gluten-free world, but I missed the flavor in the dishes and I found the price a little higher than expected. Still, it's a good option for those who need to follow a gluten-free diet.
Excellent bakery with dairy-free, celiac-safe foods. It has frozen foods available and other foods such as sweets and cakes. I highly recommend the granola, it's spectacular.
Everything is made with care and with selected ingredients, gluten-free, dairy-free, all organic and healthy, and best of all, very delicious!
The best option for those with dietary restrictions
I left Limeira to try the delights of @PadocaDaMari and I didn't regret it! As a celiac, I recommend it.
The environment is very pleasant, hygienic and free of contamination.
I loved the chocolate cake and will be back to try the other delights.
Thank you very much for the wonderful work!

Ambiance: it has a simply charming space further down, as it overlooks the beach. You can have coffee looking at the sea. Beautiful landscape!!!
Service: friendly, kind, attentive.
Food: we ordered gluten-free chestnut cake (I recommend it, it's delicious), and an unusual Orange Coffee (orange juice with espresso coffee (Italian) - different and very good, worth the experience!!! - and brownie with cream ice cream (perfect)
Terrible service. I gave up and left.
I went there last Monday, June 30th, with my boyfriend, and honestly, it was the last straw. I always went to the restaurant because of the gluten-free options, but the service, which was already bad, keeps getting worse.
The waitresses are always unfriendly, without a smile on their faces, with an unfriendly expression, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. In addition, their slovenliness in their appearance draws attention: messy hair, unkempt clothes, an expression of someone who seems to not want to be there.
This time, I wasn't even served. I went in with my umbrella (dry, by the way, since it was just drizzling), stood in front of the counter and the waitress, a short girl, who I've seen working there for a long time, just looked me up and down, paying more attention to the umbrella than to me. She didn't even say "good afternoon", didn't ask if I needed help, absolutely nothing.
I felt so bad about that cold reception and those dirty looks that I gave up on eating anything and left. And the most unbelievable thing: she saw us leaving and didn't even ask if there was a problem or if I needed anything.
It's sad, because it was the only place in Santos where I could find some gluten-free options, but I'm not going to spend my money in a place where I'm not treated well. On top of everything, the waitresses don't even have badges or identification, which makes communication and direct feedback even more difficult.
I work in employee training and development and I think it's unacceptable for a company to allow this type of service to happen. Either the company provides adequate training for these waitresses or, if there's no improvement, the right thing to do would be to replace them. Customer service is the calling card of any business and, in this case, it's terrible.
Unfortunately, as long as these people remain in the service, my boyfriend and I won't be going back. Never again.
