I will share my opinion on the yeast buns and rolls, because that's what I bought. As a celiac, my dream was to eat a real yeast bun not wrapped in foil. A real bun with a crispy crust. Only gluten-free people who don't have such a bakery in their city will understand what I'm writing about 😉 My croissants and yeast buns differed only in filling and shape because the dough was the same, but that didn't matter. They were delicious. I envy celiacs in Warsaw this bakery. Next time I visit the capital, it will be a must-try. Thank you and I recommend it. It wasn't cheap, but the croissant with pistachio filling is worth it 😉

Very tasty pastries! It's great that all products have their composition described on the website, I am especially pleased with the number of sourdough products. I haven't tried the sweet pastries yet, but they look amazing 😊 you can place an order online and pick it up at the bakery without any problems. I really recommend it, for me there is no better place for gluten-free baked goods in Warsaw.

I was here for the first time, passing through and I am delighted. I am glad that on the map of Poznań there is such a great place offering gluten-free delicacies. I tried a few things. The gluten-free chocolate muffin with raspberries was delicious. And what is more, it is an amazing feeling when you can buy such a gluten-free sandwich and eat it on the road. I will definitely come back here.

The best gluten-free bread I've ever eaten! Bagels and rolls are even better than those with gluten, the secret is to heat them for a minute at 100 degrees and they become soft. Cakes are also available. Remember to place an order in advance because after all, it's a small bakery and the products sell quickly. I buy more and freeze them :)

Delicious, tasty and healthy. The bakery proves that you can combine them, which is quite a challenge in gluten-free products. I have been looking for a long time for the perfect place with such products. You can feel that these are artisan products, not some artificial mass production. I come back very often. Taste of disappointment I was there with my parents recently. I didn't have any particular expectations, so theoretically the disappointment should have been smaller. But it wasn't. The first thing that catches the eye is the decor. It's interesting, filled with the atmosphere of the 70s and 80s of the last century, as if you were in a frame of an old movie. The music was tastefully chosen, although there were songs that you just wanted to fast-forward through or go outside to take a breath. And we sat there for a long time... too long, even. The menu turned out to be quite monotonous. The desserts were very similar to each other, the pizzas differed in only one ingredient. They were all meatless - perfect for vegetarians, but I'm not sure if everyone on a gluten-free diet also gives up meat. Waiting time? The menu promised 35 minutes. In reality - much longer. If you order pizza, it's better to immediately prepare for a long walk. I understand that a good dish takes time, but if you can't keep up with the time, why serve it at all? What's more, our order wasn't even accepted for fulfillment for a long time - the cook simply wasn't there at the time. The waitress was nice and open, but not very attentive. We asked for a small cake, we got a large one. The difference is small, but it's details like these that build the overall impression. And what about the taste? This was where I was most disappointed. The pizza - thin, dry, with a lot of olives and not three types of cheese, as announced, but one. We waited a long time for it, and in the end we got the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Some of the ingredients raised doubts about its freshness. We didn't feel like eating it, so we just took it with us, but it didn't taste any better even at home. The éclair didn't impress either. The cream had a suspicious aftertaste, as if it wasn't the freshest. The only thing I really liked was the meringue cake. The hot chocolate was also tasty, but the impression was spoiled by something else. Right after drinking it, my lips turned red, started to burn and swell. I have a very sensitive reaction to dirty dishes and this was exactly this case. Apparently, there are problems with hygiene in the place. And the small details only confirmed this impression. Food remains under the table, which no one bothered to clean up. Yes, it's hard to manage everything, but there are places with much more traffic, where cleanliness is still maintained at an appropriate level. This was my first and last visit to this place. If someone wants a really good pizza - it's better to go to Gdansk. There it is not only tastier, but also cheaper.

The place is inconspicuous but the food is insanely delicious! For the first time in my life I could eat hot gluten-free bread for breakfast (I have celiac disease). The omelet was one of the best I've ever eaten. Service? I've never met a nicer one 💖 I recommend it with all my heart. Thank you 🙏

During a trip to Bielsko-Biała, I visited the "Ciacho bez sugar" confectionery, which specializes in lactose-free and gluten-free cakes. I tried the chocolate one with currant filling - it was delicious! I took four cookies in different flavors to go. The offer also includes natural ice cream, sorbets and one vegan lactose-free variant. This is a great example that people with lactose and gluten intolerance can also enjoy desserts - it's just a pity that there are still so few such places. It would be nice to have a confectionery shop closer to Mikołów!

The food is often simply tasteless. Baked goods often crumble, are forced to fit and are not sweet, which bothers me because I do not eat gluten due to intolerance, and not to eat healthier. They are often simply tasteless or average. Sometimes better, sometimes worse, but I was never thrilled. I also miss softer baked goods such as croissants, soft buns and donuts. The bread is good. I have already read that this is a sugar-free place, but I would be ashamed to sell food with such a taste.

A great place with nice, smiling and very helpful staff :) For years (still under the old name) I have been ordering gluten-free cakes there for Christmas, which I take to the other end of Poland, they taste just like that :) A wide selection of everything that is - as the name suggests - gluten-free. There is also a place to drink coffee, but there is never enough time for it :)

The place is clean and nice, the idea is great, the prices are also affordable, but you can see and feel that the cakes are stale. I ordered an apple pie with pudding and the pudding layer was dry and "glutened". It was definitely on display for too long. It may be worth covering the cakes to prevent them from drying out. After scraping off this layer, the cake was tasty, so it would be a pity to compromise its quality when it could easily be prevented. It's nice that there is a place in Gorzów where there are no overly sweet baked goods. As for the service, it's hard to say - the lady was neither rude nor smiling. The big minus is definitely the location - few parking spaces, parking in the area is almost impossible. To sum up, it's a nice place, the food itself is tasty, but it's worth working on the freshness of the baked goods and maybe changing the location. Unless you only target people who live in the area
