Super friendly staff and really awesome gluten free food options. Came in around 9am today on 06/23/25 and got two breakfast sandwich’s and the chicken tender appetizer. First time I’ve eaten out since I developed a severe gluten allergy over a year ago. That breakfast sandwich and those chicken tenders are a must try! :) loved the BBQ sauce.

Love this idea of eating a burger...with protein only and gluten-free options...with a superfood side salad! Sodas are Free Trade....no Pepsi or Coca-Cola corporate products. Food is absolutely delicious! Outdoor seating and full bar are available.

Never had this kind of flavor.. wine soaked onions and wonderful Angus burger. I got a gluten free bun and it was so amazing. Scratch based kitchen made everything amazing. Gotta try!

Their veggie burger is very good and I’m obsessed with their farm salad. However, their gf bun is not very good. i just had to remove the bun entirely and wrap in the lettuce. Its nice they have the option though, so ant least why made an effort to accommodate gluten sensitivity. Also my most recent order was to-go and I paid $6 for a side of fries and i assumed that would be enough for two people, but it was an individual serving? Maybe they put the wrong size fry in our order? Overall good service, but there is room for improvement

I LOVE this place...they have the best burgers and fries!! The wheat free buns are fantastic...Im celiac and can't have any wheat/oats...I've never had cross contamination problems at Graze. I also can't eat any dairy and about 30 other foods...they are good about making sure my burger has no cheese and no Graze sauce.

I have mixed feelings. When we arrived the service was great & the waitress took an interest in our allergies (gluten, dairy). She told us about cross contamination & was so great. Two of us were served our sandwiches (which were very good) but our friend did not receive her salad. We ordered a cutlery board & it came 1/2 way through our meal but the hummus was covered in cheese. I had to send it back We finished our meal & our plates were cleared . A waitress (Shane) came with just a plate of gluten free bread. I explained that I sent hummus cutlery board back because it had cheese & decided to just cancel. However, I was charged for the hummus cutlery board even though it was never served. When I told her, she seemed upset, grabbed the receipt & said she would have it removed. Crazy experience. The guy who refilled our drink & cleared out table was super excellent.

So, a few weeks ago, I had put up a scathing review. I can honestly say they have gone above and beyond to fix the situation and won me back as a customer. My girlfriend is celiac (severe gluten sensitivity) and loves BJs because there are many choices just for her and loves the strawberry lemonade. Last night, we ordered via Door Dash for date night, and everything came hot and delicious. Cooked to perfection and 100% accuracy on the order. Thank you for taking such good care of us and expect us as regulars for a long time.

Fun, retro-styled breakfast diner. (They have both indoor and covered outdoor seating, we ate indoors.) The atmosphere is cheerful and bright, and the service was really attentive. Everyone in our party of four enjoyed our meals. My omelette was excellent, as were the hash browns, and I was glad to discover I could get a (gluten free) warm corn tortilla instead of toast. This was my first time here, visiting from our of state, but two of my dining companions eat here regularly -- I wish I could, too!

Pretty good burger. Nothing crazy good like Freddy's, but way better than a lot of chains. The reason this place stands out is the gluten free buns. They warm them up in the wrapper and they get soft and warm. It's pretty awesome to have it that way.

One of my favourite places in Tucson. I've come several times and every experience has been amazing. The food is delicious, and I love it because there are gluten-free options for meals I can't usually eat (like French toast). The service has always been top-notch. The atmosphere in the morning is very chill and cosy, especially with the sun streaming in the windows. Towards lunch time it gets a little busier but the layout helps with separation.

The manager, I believe his name is Matthew, has excellent customer service and an astounding work ethic for a guy his age. He is friendly and you can really tell that he cares about the quality of his work. All of these attributes are seen in the staff because of the leadership here; making this an enjoyable and friendly experience. Every time I come in I get a giant #13 done the mikes way on a gluten free bun and this establishment will clean everything and use new knives and such to prevent cross contaminations. I really appreciate the effort. 5 starts for this establishment!

We used to go here with our daughter when she lived in town, but hadn't been there again until recently. The manager, server, and food were good with the exception of the change in the Gluten Free bun recently to Against the Grain, which has dairy and is like a brick. Please change back to something that isn't so hard and doesn't have dairy in it!!

First time here from out of state. I enjoyed The Original sandwich more than I anticipated. They can substitute a gluten free roll for any sandwich which is great. Nothing fancy, but I would eat here again.

My daughter and I have Celiacs disease, prior to arriving my husband called and asked all the questions regarding the sandwich. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. When we came in Ari helped us out and made our sandwich. She cleaned everything and cut fresh lettuce. She got all the toppings from the back and even had a special cutting board for us Celiacs!! She took all the precautionary measures to ensure we didn't get contamination of Gluten. At the end the sandwich was delicious and her service was amazing!! I highly recommend Jersey Mike's to all Celiacs. I'm beyond happy we have more options for us!! Thank you Ari for being so amazing!!

Good bacon but each time I visit I am disappointed because the gluten and dairy-free options become more limited. Today I went and was told the gluten-free bread contains dairy, even though I looked at the ingredient list and saw no dairy ingredients. If you're not worried about food allergies, then you're good! However, if you do suffer from food allergies, maybe try somewhere else.

Our family has been to Jason's Deli several times. The food is great, and they accommodate gluten-free customers. I like to order the manager's special, which includes half a sandwich, salad, and chips. The salad bar is one of my favorites. The only thing that I believe needs improvement is customer service. The majority of employees seem unhappy and disconnected from the start of placing an order to food delivery. During our last visit, we stood at the register for quite some time before the cashier came up to take our order. The other employees noticed us waiting and did not call for someone to come to the register. When the cashier finally arrived, he was unfriendly and seemed annoyed. After serving ourselves salad, we proceeded to look for a table. There was a group of customers playing card games, thus occupying all of the tables in the back. We had to double back to the front, followed by the server. This appeared to visibly frustrate him. Although we enjoy the food, we can not continue to dine at a restaurant that does not appreciate their customers.
