The only place in town with reliable GF cheesey bread or breadsticks. Most menu items can be made GF if you ask since they make their own GF dough in house.
Great GF breakfast/brunch spot. Pancakes, hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, drinks!
They ask “preference” or “allergy”. Menu is not marked with GF but servers help walk through what is GF.
Good place to let the kids play while you eat. Not safe enough for true celiac to eat even if their sides are gluten-free. Cross contamination is likely.
I've loved Palio's in the past as a person who has a gluten allergy, but recently we ordered and it was honestly really terrible. It was clear the recipe changed or they use a new gluten free base and it had a horrible texture and the taste was awful, so I feel like I have to give up what used to be really good GF pizza because they decided to change the base likely to save some money. For a pizza that ends up being 20 bucks for a medium, it's not worth it to eat bad pizza.
We ventured out after the ice and snow hit last week. Well worth it. Warm delicious soup and a huge bonus: gluten free bread for sandwich. Pleasant environment, friendly staff, clean and well stocked salad bar with lots of healthy choices. We'll be going back!
Great food and knowledgeable staff. Every server was willing to work with us to help my Celiac son find something he could enjoy. They have gluten free bread for toast. The chips and potatoes aren’t gluten free because they only have one fryer. They do have GF tortillas that they can sub for quite a few items. They advertise a GF bun for the hamburger but it’s the same bread slices they use for toast and the burger is so juicy it makes the bread fall apart, which my son hates, so I recommend just getting the burger without a bun or wrapped in lettuce. Otherwise everything was amazing and we felt very safe/confident eating here.

Our waiter Romeo was so friendly and helpful. I eat gluten free and he noticed I didn’t have the full menu and immediately brought be one. The meal was amazing, loved the atmosphere but Romeo’s friendliness made the place really stand out!
This location was very friendly, respectful, helpful with gluten-free options, and quick to fulfill my to-go order. They also provide a generous “little free library”.
Very hot while trying to eat temp was 79 degrees. That was not the atmosphere I was looking for. My Philly steak bowel was great.but my wife sandwiche was terrible the gluten free bun was very old and crumbled a part, and staff knew it, and that's why I think needs looked at by the health department. See pictures 📸. two items and two drinks, and one chip was 32.
00 dollars.
Everything a coffee shop should be. Cozy, no blaring music, no glaring lights, comfortable seating and great coffee. I was happy to see they had gluten free options as well. What a nice oasis.
Went this past week with my husband and I was shocked at how considerate this team was with making sure to try to avoid cross contamination with gluten free bread! I really appreciate Jersey Mikes effort on this and the team here was really friendly!!
One of my favorite local restaurants! The food is absolutely amazing, the best pho I have had in DFW. Can't go wrong here, everything is delicious. I appreciate the menu codes to save me the embarrassment of trying to pronounce Vietnamese words
They have plenty of gluten free options for my girlfriend
My one, tiny issue is that it's often very empty. I think most of their business is door dash? Regardless it can lead to an awkward environment when you're the only person seated in a fairly large dining room
We gave the GF sub a try today and I am very pleased to report the staff working today went above and beyond to make sure my there was no cross contamination. I am thrilled to report my son who has Celiac did not get sick and he is very happy to have found a sub place he can safely enjoy. Please thank the staff working today around lunch time for taking the proper precautions when making a GF hot sub (especially the gentleman working the grill). You made my sons day! We will definitely be back!
We absolutely love Mcalisters!
They have gluten free options and my favorite is the spud max baked potato. You also can’t go wrong with their famous sweet tea.
The parking is rough here. Best to park further into the parking lot and avoid the spots near the door (one way).
They have been out of baked potatoes a lot; however, the southlake location seems to always have them.
I would suggest ordering from the app but the app is glitchy, so give yourself extra time to get your order in. We prefer dining in and entering a table number, but if we have the food selections ready before we go in it seems to work better. Note though that things will go out of stock and you won’t know until you go pay.
I ordered 175 of their box lunches and 2 sandwich trays with a large bowl of fresh fruit. Their boxes were packed beautifully, and the fruit was so fresh. Along with each cup of fruit they give their amazing poppy seed dressing. I do not like pasta salad, but I ate every bite of mine. Three days later and the fruit is still so fresh! I ordered some gluten free sandwiches, which were also wonderful. Their tuna fish cannot be beat! Best I have ever had! I have been going to The Lunch Box for years but have never had take out before. They arrived ahead of schedule and are so friendly. I told her I would be ordering 350 in December, and she said, no problem!
Great food options, and they even offer gluten-free bread. They ask if it's an allergy, and they take extra precautions not to cross contaminate your food. I have had a wonderful experience each time I have eaten here. Love that the menu online allows you to narrow your search based on food allergies.
I always order a turkey salad since I can’t eat gluten and this was the best one I’ve had yet! It was also ready when I picked it up! Great job by the employees 👍🏼👍🏼
