Ein unglaublich gut sortierter 100% glutenfreier Laden. Ich hatte ein Croissant mit Pistaziencrème und zwei Pizzetti. Einfach köstlich und empfehlenswert ♥️👍🏽
We have been regular customers at the bathroom for about 20 years, recently the management has changed and the waiters are disrespectful towards customers making customers wait standing for a very long time ...
The food is good with small portions and too expensive, very long waiting times.
I then sent some guys one day and they completely ignored them, making them wait more than an hour to take the order, setting the table with dirty and holey napkins. Very poor and very expensive appetizers. There is little choice for intolerant people. And furthermore, the cone for gluten intolerant people costs more than the others. The rudeness does not come from all the waiters, but only from some (the majority).
We've been coming here for years and are always impressed by the friendliness. Being gluten-free is a pleasure here, not a restriction. We like to start our day here when we're in Lucca.
Positive:
The food was very tasty and typical.
The service was very attentive and they spoke several languages.
They have gluten-free food!
Contrary:
It was very crowded, and the tables were a bit too close together.
This was a fantastic little find during a trip to Lucca, Italy. The staff were warm and welcoming. Their knowledge of the menu was excellent and incredibly helpful. We initially just stopped for a drink but when they flaunted their gluten free options, I was hooked. We went to the pizzeria for lunch and loved it so much we decided to go back for dinner before our train home (being close to the train station helped, too). The Gluten Free pizza was fantastic as was my partner's 'normal' pizza. On our return for dinner, the quality somehow ramped up. The flavours were amazing and a well thought out recipe.
Just as we thought the taste explosions had stopped, they brought out dessert!
Anyone with food allergies will have no problem eating here, their knowledge of the menu and the fantastic kitchen make you feel completely at ease when ordering and eating. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves food.
For my daughter's birthday, I had a Stitch themed cake made......I was satisfied with a beautiful and delicious cake. My daughter loved it. Quick and precise. I highly recommend, even for celiacs, given that my cake was gluten-free..
Thanks again...
Very local, very inexpensive, very good. Expect to wait a long time for dinner. This is your destination, you have nowhere else to be. Drink the house wine, eat whatever they tell you is good that day, and buckle up.
They will bring you big bowls of pasta and scoop it onto your plate. You tell them when you stop. Yes they gave a gluten free menu. Yes they speak English, but do try to speak Italian.
It's worth it.
Gluten-free pizza +€4 ... but I must also say that among the many I ate, at least this one was truly mouth-watering!!!
Excellent cuisine, super friendly staff!
At first I didn't want to write this review, but then I said to myself why not? We book for Christmas day. 22 people, 18 fish menus at €60 (all very good) and 4 meat menus, one of which is for celiacs. The established meat menu was to be composed of: starter mixed cold cuts with panzerotti, first course tortelli with ragù, second course sliced all for €30. Christmas day arrives and the meat menu is called a children's menu... the waiter still mentions cold cuts and tortelli and no one gets strange and says anything. First mistake, the first one arrives instead of the starter, honestly it's not as big a problem as you want it to be... the actual problem was that instead of the tortelli the penne arrived (we already knew that the celiac girl wouldn't get the tortelli, but for the other 2 boys what kind of problem could there ever have been????) ... second mistake, the starter arrives consisting of raw ham, salami and panzerotti, and here you could tell me "so where is the problem?" the problem is that the celiac girl gets 4 slices of raw ham at the table, damn it, I call you 1 month before, I tell you that I have a celiac, you agree to take it, try a little and find a little more for her too.... Third mistake, comes the second.... cutlet with french fries (where the hell did the cutlet come from?) and roast for the celiac girl (this was a dish that you should never have serving....it was really hard.) Last mistake, the time comes to pay for 2 fish menus and 2 meat-child menus totaling €180, instead we are asked for €190 because the meat-child menu is €35 instead of the €30 agreed 1 month before. We point this out to the lady and she tells us that €30 is fine if that was the agreed price. Now I wonder...didn't you get a damn note? However, I give three stars because the fish menu was honestly very good and the boy who served us was very kind and nice. If I had to rely only on the service and the kids' menu, one star was already too much.
