everything was really good!!
great polite personal service that cares about your well-being Very good and safe gluten-free service (which in the center of Amsterdam is not a given). great place to have breakfast or snack.
The best GF bagels I have ever tried, but the inly thing is that u canât have any of them with eggs cause the eggs pan goes inside the oven and they cant guarantee to avoid the cross contamination but thats only for the egg bagels ..love u celiacs out there â€ïž
A gem in Amsterdam!
"If you have an intolerance or allergy, there's bound to be something for you": it's true! Everything is gluten-free, so celiacs are welcome.
The pastries are all gluten-free and delicious.
There are petits fours and individual portions as well.
The atmosphere is like a break from the city, overlooking a lovely garden.
Most of the pastries and drinks are vegan.
The store is full of green plants, which is also very pleasant.
I have been at several pancakes locations before and would always come back, because the have glutenfree dutch pancakes. It was something i definitely been craving for at that day.
Always look out for the flag on your glutenfree pancake - otherwise it is NOT glutenfree!! Almost ate the wrong by accident. Should have given us a discount for the mix up ..
Not the cheapest place, and the toilets are pay due to the proximity to the Anne Frank house (understandable and only 0.50âŹ) but very good food. Huge vegan and gluten free options. Sweet and savory.
We went today because we saw it on one of the maps with gluten-free options for celiacs. The food was good, but my celiac daughter ordered a gluten-free Gordon's, and they were supposed to have changed the bread to make it gluten-free, but it got contaminated, and she ended up with a stomach ache and vomiting... She didn't eat anything else, so that must have been it... It was a real bummer, because she had a bad time...
They have great gluten-free options using the right precautions. So happy to have found gf kibbeling! Staff is lovely and helpful. I will definitely come back
Very good burgers including it gluten free buns that taste like normal buns. They give you a candy burger when you pay which is a nice touch given this place is themed around the Wizard of Oz. The ambience is that of a bar at the front and cafe at the rear (which has more light). Service was really good and the food came out so fast. I would definitely recommend coming here and I will be coming back also!
Food was good. Unfortunately the service was not great and the food delivered was wrong. Recommend they improve the service. Gluten free options available.
Very nice place. Different vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options. I highly recommend the French toast and the bread with red lentil hummus. Price is totally fine for what you get. A must try for Breakfast/Brunch when you are in Haarlem
Happy that this organic Dutch pancake speciality shop had vegan options and the possibility to customise using the Build Your Own Pancake order! Dutch pancakes are different from American ones in that the former are thinner with slightly crispy edges. There was a vegan pancake available made using flour, as well as a vegan and gluten-free pancake made using buckwheat for a healthier take (and slightly nutty fragrance). Vegan options for the toppings included cinnamon-spiced apple filling, chocolate hazelnut sauce, vegan whipped cream, and strawberry or fig jam. I don't have a very sweet tooth so I didn't particularly love this, but was pleased to try a vegan version of this traditional Dutch snack nonetheless! Hope the savoury vegan options can be expanded with some plant-based substitutes too. Would be good to have a non-disposable container for dining-in as well. Located near De 9 Straatjes, Begijnhof, etc.
Bar located near the central station and Chinatown.
The menu features many varieties of pancakes, including Dutch ones, both sweet and savory.
I appreciate the possibility of gluten and lactose free options.
The pancakes, the one with apples and the one with chocolate chips, are very good and generous in size.
Unfortunately, despite being young, the staff is not friendly, never a smile and when I asked if there were vegan options I was told by a girl to look on the menu even if there was nothing written on the menu, I solved it by talking to the male waiter who was able to point out options not listed on the menu.
We spent âŹ10.70 per person for two pancakes.
The bagels and smoothies were so delicious and very good quality. A plus for me was the gluten free bagel that tasted so good! Only thing was the food took a while to come but they were quite busy and only had a few staff to do it all. Love this place!
Gluten free options. The staff also asks about allergies and tries very hard to avoid contamination. My sister: nut allergy, me: celiac
We were still a bit disappointed with our bagles, which didn't look anything like the pictures and a little more vegetables on mine wouldn't have hurt. I ordered exactly the same as my sister. An avocado bagle, just gluten-free. I got a warm bagle that I was allowed to spread on myself. It's understandable that it might be difficult to prepare gluten-free bagles without contamination under some conditions, but at least a little salad with them wouldn't have hurt. My sister had cucumbers as a side dish with her bagle. I didn't even have that
For some reason we felt nauseous after eating it.
The drinks were good
Price performance ratio... meh

This was not the case when I was there a week ago, asking if there is a vegan option. There was nothing vegan on the menu, and the staff was unwilling to make an adjustment, so our group of friends had to find some place else to go :(
Too bad as the place looks lovely, but definitely not vegan friendly.
We love the place and the burgers where delicious!!! We ask for gluten free options and we could chose from a variety of options. The attention was great . We went with a friend that itâs not vegetarian and she really enjoyed the burger!!!! It became our favorite restaurant in Amsterdam !!!!
If you visit the Netherlands Stroopwafels are a must have. When you are specifically in Amsterdam this is the place to go, if you want high quality Stroopwafels. They are freshly baked daily and come with a lot of topping. They also have gluten-free Stroopwafels and the interior of the small shop is very good looking. The prices are a bit hefty but taste and quality you get for the money are definitely worth it!

We brought the gluten free blueberry muffins as my friend is coeliac. The muffin itself was really tasty and relatively moist, however it was advertised as being made with a sativa strain. All this muffin did was make me knackered so I couldnât even stay awake and had to go home to bedâŠ. which is the opposite to being told it will invigorates and gives us a buzz. Our family also brought the muffin with gluten and the same thing happened to them. Would not recommendâŠ
Wow, what a delicious meal we had here, the food is fresh, tasty and beautifully presented on the plate. The menu is very good, with gluten-free options! The price is on the high side, but I thought the quality was appropriate for the price. We recommend the Navajo eggs and B&R special! The service made us feel very welcome and was very friendly. It is important to make a reservation if you want to be assured of a place. You can do this online on their website. We did this for 3 people a day in advance. Bakers & Roasters is open from 8:30 to 15:00. And it is a busy place! Despite the fact that we had made a reservation, we had to wait 45 minutes for our lunch, because of 2 large groups that also had to be served. Nevertheless, we had a delicious meal. A small tip to give sharper knives, it was now a bit difficult to cut the bread.
Having been to Saravanaa bhavan in Delhi, London and paris, I had high hopes of Amsterdam as well, but oh well. It was a mild experience much at lower level than all my previous experiences.
I was very surprised that this branch is only one who couldn't cater to gluten free dosa (GF). I mean can't complain it had many other options that were GF but I go this restaurant for my dosa not to have a North Indian meal. The restaurant didn't look or feel very appealing though the staff were very warm, served us with a smile on their face. I might retrun for service but over all, food was a miss for me.
Had to wait outside for about 15m, but when we got in the food was very good. The focus is the Dutch pancakes, which are excellent (with gluten free options available).
Nice cozy tent with good tasty food. Nicely decorated and a large assortment with gluten-free, halal and vegan options. Food was very tasty and quickly helped. Easy to reach and good location.
