Dorothy came and sat me at a table only a few seconds after I was in line. I asked her about a gluten free menu and she told me they had it and I would need to ask my waiter. She told my waiter before I could even ask and he came prepared with the menu. Dorothy was so kind and patient and she was very very sweet! She took very good care of me and watched to make sure I was taken care of! She was a pleasure to deal with in the busy environment! Maciek was my waiter. He came and explained the gluten free and allergen friendly menu to me. He told me about the options they had as well as how they could make some of the menu items friendly for my diet restrictions. He worked promptly and was very helpful. His service was wonderful and I would recommend coming in if you are passing through. The food came quickly and the ticket as well when I was ready. I got a burger without the bun to be gluten free friendly and a side of fries and it was delicious. A person from the kitchen delivered it and explained it was all gluten free as well. Very thankful for people who are willing to work with my diet restrictions and not make me feel like I am crazy! Thank you Dorothy and Maciek!!

Really grateful for gluten free options, which can be so tough to find in airports! There was a dedicated gluten free menu and staff took my concerns about cross contamination seriously. A good option for those with coeliac. Food takes longer to prepare if you have a dietary requirement so just budget extra time.

Great Celiac Safe - Gluten Free option at Heathrow T3! After we were initially seated, I asked the hostess for gluten-free menus. When our waiter came over, he saw the gluten-free menus and immediately asked if we had a gluten allergy/celiac. He informed us that his manager would need to take our order. The manager quickly came over and answered all our questions about how the kitchen prepares it’s gluten free items and any cross contamination potential (very little for our breakfast). We both ordered a Tea Egg and Mackerel on gluten-free toast. We enjoyed our food and were thrilled with how knowledgeable and thoughtful the staff were.
