This has become my favorite spot to take my kids for a treat. They have fantastic gluten free, vegan options which are so hard to find!!! And the service is always wonderful and the atmosphere is calm and inviting. I love that there are great indoor and outdoor seating options. It's absolutely worth a visit. :)

Good, solid food, usually friendly service and both inside and outside seating options that work for wheelchair guests and those bringing dogs. We liked the mixed grill with risotto cakes , the vegetable curry (add e.g. chicken), beet salad, Brussel sprouts appetizer and the gluten-free cauliflower-based Mexican pizza. Burgers and pasta are also nice. Wine selection is sufficient and even more beers. Great option for late-night dining in the area. Walking distance from downtown Dunedin.

Everything about this restaurant was incredible! Our party of 6 had a table with a wonderful view of the water. Our waiter, Michael, was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He even brought out a special dessert for one of the table member’s birthday! As a vegetarian, I do wish there was more than one entree and one side that was meat-free. I unfortunately couldn’t even customize the Caesar salad to be vegetarian. I really appreciate the symbols on the menu though to distinguish vegetarian and gluten-free customizable dishes. Thanks so much again Michael for making our dinner night fantastic!

Only place with gluten free options that are both delicious and fairly priced. The family that owns this are SO sweet and so personable. I take all my friends here when they visit and they rave about it after. We love y’all

How have I not been here before?! Went there this evening with my teen daughter. We arrived shortly after 5 before it got busy but it started to fill up rather quickly. Even when the place was full, there was a chill relaxed vibe about the place and not loud so that you couldn’t carry on conversation. Very cool atmosphere reminiscent of the era. Our server, Scott, was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive and efficient. Refills arrived before we even had a chance to ask for them! Arrival of food and drinks was very timely. Being gluten free, my food options are a little limited but they do clearly identify the gluten free items on the menu. I had the Tuscan chicken with garlic mash and green beans. A very large serving of 2 chicken breasts that were moist and tasty. My daughter had the meatloaf and garlic mash and she said it was ‘to die for’ and she practically licked her plate. I felt the prices were very reasonable and we certainly left satiated with the ample portion sizes. I noticed the bar area looked very cool, so next time I plan to sit at the bar (without teenager) and enjoy a craft cocktail and check out the brisket! The dessert display looked incredible but no gluten free options there….but I was already plenty full anyway! My only recommendation would be to expand gluten free options, but of course that is just self-serving of me. Overall a very enjoyable dining experience and we will definitely be back.

Expect a bistro-style atmosphere with refreshing house-made lemon ginger tea and a surprising twist on Eggs Benedict.

Miggs has fabulous food in a bistro style atmosphere. I am allergic to gluten & was looking forward to enjoying the Eggs Benedict. May accommodated me by substituting potatoes for the bread & suggested swordfish for the crab. I have to say that the swordfish was such a delicious surprise & it was the perfect amount of food to feel comfortably satiated. My friend had been here previously & already knew she wanted to have the Shrimp Grits again along with a glass of sangria. I also had a refreshing lemon ginger tea which is made in house. This is such a great place I highly recommend it stopping by to try their food. You will be favorably delighted!
