Such a cute place for brunch! They have a gluten free, a dairy free, and a small vegan menu, which was great for me. They don't make substitutions, but they will put things on the side if needed. I got the gluten free chicken and waffles, with the cheese on the side. The waffles were a little dry without the ricotta but the red sauce helped with that. The corn fritters, however, were to die for! The avocado and pickled red onion were the perfect pairing. My friend got the peach hotcake and says it to was fantastic. The drink menu is also very good, lots of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options to choose from. We did arrive just before a rush, so it might be a good idea to make a reservation on the weekends.

I really enjoy the pho here and I am celiac. They have a lot of safe gluten free options that are clear from cross contamination as they do take allergies seriously. My favourite pho is the Bun Bo Hue it has a ton of amazing flavour and sometimes I find myself ordering it 3 times a week. I get it without the chicken balls as they have gluten in them but they give me extra rare beef and brisket instead. They use high quality meat and the thick noodles are very nice. It’s some of the best flavoured pho that I have ever had. The service is great and the owners are very friendly.

I have to this place a few times over the past few weeks for business meetings. I was so impressed I took my wife for dinner tonight. Again great food and service. My wife has gluten allergies so we had the gluten friendly crust. The best gluten friendly pizza around.

Without a doubt the best Lebanese food in the lower mainland, the Falafel is always freshly made and from scratch compared to powdered premixed falafel other competitors serve , the ingredients are of good quality , the service is relatively fast considering the fact that your eating freshly cooked food , there are many good deals like the party trays and different platters and so many meat , vegetarian and gluten free options, the portions are very generous. With the global increase in food cost , the meals are priced well . I`m lucky to live few minutes away , I frequently eat there or order trays for events , I have tried all items on the menu and everything tasted delicious , I also visit Mouneh next door for authentic lebanese and middle eastern food supplies and in house baked goods , you should give it a try .

I went for the first time a couple days ago, very busy place , I had come on the Victoria Day weekend and there was a wait list , so came back earlier morning the next day and got in fine. I found the food was great and a very reasonable plateful so to speak. The service was excellent, the kitchen took a while, like 20 min between ordering and food, so don't go in a rush on a busy day. Actually my main point is that I appreciate the "55 and over" reduced meal price on the half dozen fixed option menu they have for the price of a breakfast, lunch or supper meal...great idea ... It was certainly enough for a moderate appetite... I also appreciate that they have gluten free pancakes ... The coffee may cost a bit more than " Timmies" but they leave you a fresh, hot, insulated coffee " urn" to just refill your own coffee to your heart's content rather than trying to catch the waitresses eye. An oat milk dairy alternative would be good, they just have cream or milk... The booths are super comfy. It's a chain but the staff seem very organized and run more like a family restaurant in my books. They give the tables a good clean between clients. August 2023 add'n I'd just add that your ave bill will definately be over 20 with a meal and a drink, for most of the menu. However, they have lower cost meals for " over 55." Which I had for this original review. Also I have since discovered they have early specials for any age before 9 a.m. Also on the way out I noticed a neon handwritten sign about " children eat free" but didn't get the details. I'll post the " before 9 a.m. " shirt menu and an updated general menu with the " over 55 " choices, a bit smaller but what would still be within a normal sized meal vs gargantuan portions Overall I was very impressed for a restaurant offering traditional breakfast , lunch and supper. Opens nice and early , closes 8 pm , breakfast offered.
