I'm celiac and I've visited this place quite a few times since January. I've ordered online with delivery and pickup, and I love it. The food is always delicious. They have so many options, and I love that because, in general, I haven't found many other places that sell everything gluten-free. The service is very good, the girls are very friendly. The only thing I could mention is that the prices are quite high.

Very good gluten-friendly food and excellent service, especially considering that it's not easy to find gluten-free options in Santiago. Therefore, it seemed like an oasis in the middle of a desert of options. The place is great. Plus, it shares a food court with other businesses that offer gluten-free options, so the whole family can enjoy a pleasant outing. I loved it!!! The LOTR theme is a very nice and picturesque plus. Very good menu with options for celiacs, unfortunately it took 40 minutes to serve a pisco sour because apparently the girl forgot. It is understood that a lot of people arrive but it would be good to have someone who constantly cleans the bathrooms, since when there were few people left I went to the bathroom and it was disgusting, impossible to use and we had to ask someone to please go see the bathrooms and clean them. Maybe it's not usual for this to happen, but it just happened to me.

I visited this restaurant with friends at the weekend and it is highly recommended. When we asked about gluten-free products and a wine recommendation, we were kindly and well informed. The drinks and food arrived quickly and were delicious. The portions are reasonable for the price. The hygiene at the tables and in the bathrooms was great.

I love this place, especially for its attention, its cozy space and its gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options. Everyone finds their taste here, whether you are passing through to work or just hanging out at the restaurant.

There were 3 of us. One ordered a gluten-free dish, it is worth clarifying that since they told her that this dish took longer, for everything to come out together she had to order it in advance. The problem is that hers came out 5 minutes after the other 2 diners placed the order. Also, it took more than 50 minutes to bring us the other two dishes. The one with the gluten-free diner, they reheated it. That dish was sad. Everything caked together (CLP 18,000 dish with some rice noodles and some vegetables). When the remaining dishes arrived, they were lukewarm. In my case the raw tempura. Disgusting. As I had complained to the manager, the waitress served poorly and shouted. Crazy. Terrible service, terrible food. I don't want to imagine if the restaurant is full the attention they will get. In that case, except for 2 large tables, there was no one. They can't even accuse that cause.

We just left the place, straight to the clinic. IF YOU ARE CELIAC, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! We ordered gluten-free pizza and they gave us a normal one, we found out in the end by checking the receipt. I definitely won't be back.

I had been there before and had very good service. I am celiac and although I know that it cannot be guaranteed that there is no contamination, the time I went they gave me many options and I even celebrated my marriage there, where they treated me extremely well, adapting many dishes. I don't know what happened this time, but the waiter who served me today mentioned to me that The only thing he could offer me was grilled fish and salad. He couldn't offer me rice, puree, anything else. Upon receiving the plate the salad was Lettuce with avocado without any love, poorly presented, withered leaves. They have a menu that indicates which dishes have gluten and many gluten-free options appear, but when asking if the only thing they can offer me is Lettuce with avocado, I don't know why they make that distinction on the menu. I repeat, I understand cross contamination, but sometimes it costs nothing to be kind and try to give some option so that the person feels good and that they are not a nuisance in the place. Oh, he also offered me some boiled potatoes. Thank you for so much kindness It's a shame that not all the staff have the good will.

The place is very beautiful, with armchairs and blankets, ideal for this time of year that is cool but at the same time not excellent haha, the food is excellent, it makes me happy that there are so many vegan and gluten-free options at the same time ♥ it is super difficult for me to find where to eat delicious and varied having both restrictions. The moktails are also delicious. The girl who helped us was super sweet. We ordered piña not colada and turmeric pineapple, pumpkin cream with gluten-free bread, somosas for my husband who has the privilege of being able to eat with gluten haha, very vegan pizza with gluten-free dough, and several sweet things to take away! Terrible service, staff nagging for asking IMPORTANT questions about gluten-free products, they recommended something sugar-free that DID have gluten and thank goodness I obviously read the labels. I will never return and what's more, I have recommended skipping the experience, they could have killed a person due to bad disposition and zero training on the products they sell.

As a #celiac and #milkproteinallergy sufferer (#CMPA), finding a place where I can eat with peace of mind is no easy task. That's why discovering PadThai in Manuel Montt was a great surprise. Thai cuisine, by its very nature, is already an excellent option for those of us with these restrictions, but what really makes the difference here is the care with which each dish is prepared: everything is prepared individually, with no risk of cross-contamination or traces. I want to thank Isabella and Michelle for their excellent service. They were very kind and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the ingredients and kitchen processes. I felt truly safe and welcomed. I also recommend trying the strawberry banana juice 🤤 As a suggestion, it would be great if the menu more clearly identified the gluten-free and CMPA dishes. This small detail would make an already naturally friendly offering for those of us with these conditions even more accessible and visible. I'm glad that more and more restaurants in the industry are becoming aware of restricted eating habits. Pad Thai is undoubtedly a benchmark in this evolution.

The place is small, but they have a fairly wide variety of gluten-free products. It can't be seen well from the avenue, it is covered by awnings and trees on the sidewalk, there is no parking. So you have to park on the street perpendicular to the avenue.

I love the Tortilla Factory. It is a special place, simple and with a lot of atmosphere, how to feel in Bali or in a distant place because it is very different. The service is excellent, they have Mexican food with real corn tortillas (too good for me who suffers from gluten). The prices are acceptable. I go often, and I take advantage of buying tortillas and salsa that I bring home. I even did a Mexican event and my friends loved everything. I highly recommend it, for a moment of relaxation without pretensions.
