Today I was in Siena with my family and we ate an extraordinary gluten-free sandwich, mine accompanied by a gluten-free craft beer; I left in a hurry, the manager was busy and I couldn't express all my satisfaction and gratitude. I'll do it now

The gluten-free pizza is completely pre-cooked, it is topped on the spot but it stays in the oven for a very short time, just to heat up the toppings such as the tomato remains raw.
I don't think that even if it is the only pizzeria in the area it should serve such a terrible quality of pizza.
Then to praise Neapolitan pizza seems really a bit excessive to me. Neapolitan pizza is something else
Appearance surpasses substance. The staff is friendly and courteous. Gluten free available. The view from the terrace is certainly worth it. But I would have liked more attention on the dishes to avoid too much salt and an excessively refined Chianina ragù. Overall it was a positive experience.
Perfect Tuscan restaurant: in addition to having their own wine label that is absolutely worth trying, the food is fantastic. In particular we really appreciated the first courses, the pasta was plentiful and tasty thanks to the delicious meat.
Worthy of note is the attention paid to those intolerant to gluten and the hospitality of the waitress.
This brewery is always a guarantee... welcoming place and garden, good beer and food... moreover, for those with celiac disease there is a dedicated kitchen!!!
I have been to this restaurant twice (the last time being last Sunday) and both times I had a divine meal. I have celiac disease and it wasn't a problem (crostoni made with gluten-free bread and gluten-free tagliatelle). Generous portions, excellent and very well prepared raw materials (I recommend the crostoni with melted pecorino cheese and bacon/lard/sautéed mushrooms or something else as a starter depending on the season). Attentive service, kind and knowledgeable waitress. The place is welcoming and bright (rather small so booking is necessary). The only small negative note is the small and external bathroom, but the space available is what it is. We will definitely return when in the area.
We ate here about a month ago. Seen from the outside, the place didn't give the impression you get when you enter.
The interior is very nice, tastefully decorated in industrial country style, the bathrooms are unusually large and very, very clean! We took a seat in the outdoor garden, very comfortable and relaxing.
The offers are varied and above all take into account specific dietary needs, there are dishes for celiacs, vegetarians and vegans, without forgetting those who are omnivores.
The service is accurate and efficient, I highly recommend it to anyone who happens to be passing by.
