Went here for a brunch meal, it was very busy so be prepared to come back later when it quietens down. We had the pancakes and Waffles and everything is gluten free and so delicious! Highly recommend
Very expensive price unjustifiable with the quality of the dishes. Very basic Greek salad, with lettuce leaves without even cutting them and almost without dressing €14.5. The most expensive French toast I've seen in Porto with slices of sirloin that were too thick and tough. The bland cod cakes. The Caldo verde was worth €9 when we ate it elsewhere for €2.5. In short, a place to avoid since they use the excuse of gluten-free to scare tourists and on top of that there is no air conditioning.
Such a wonderful place! An oasis in tourist hell. Everything is delicious, gluten-free, dairy-free, and even vegan. The people are super friendly and the place, especially with the garden in the back, is absolutely beautiful! Thank you!!
I emailed them about my allergies and about cross contamination and they emailed back " We have pizza gluten free for example we can use vegan cheese if you can have mozzarella … then also hamburger gluten free pasta … so come and please tell at the waiter all the allergies you have and we will take care of you 😉"
I emailed them about my allergies and about cross contamination and they emailed back "Hello, we apologize for our slow response. We do have gluten free and vegan pastel de nata. No eggs and no coconut milk, no peanuts also, but have soya milk. Also we do have a good gluten free options.
Thank you"
The best gelato all over Europe! Dark chocolate and strawberry, dairy free and gluten free! Being able to get a cone is so fun. And their cones are delicious.
I came here several times during my time in Lisbon as finding coeliac safe gluten free food was a real challenge and these galettes were absolutely delicious! The staff were so kind and helpful in making sure of no cross contamination and there were heaps of options to chose from.
Unfortunately my family and I, we arrived at the closing time so was not possible for us to dinner there.
Judging on how well the deserves and salads looks, I can say that it’s a really good place for Celiac people.
Come on, they have their own Celiac version of a “Francesinha”!!!
What’s motivates me to drop my review here was the absolute empathy of the owner who gets us to a neighbours restaurant that also sell gluten free food, we need more people in the world like him. My eternal gratitude to him. Thanks you!
We arrived, unknowingly, half an hour before closing, and they still treated us fantastically. The food is spectacular, delicious, and the service is fantastic. A very cozy place where everything is gluten-free and lactose-free. The woman who served us knew almost no Spanish or English, but she did her best to give us 10 service. I wish I could give more stars. A wonderful place, with great food.
The best vegan chocolate cupcake I have ever tried! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. All products are gluten free too. It was my favourite spot in town <3
It was the first time I went and I couldn't help but go back again. I was very well attended to and they did more than I asked for, given my lactose and gluten intolerance. Thank you for your care and kindness.
I emailed them about my allergies and about cross contamination and they emailed back "Hello, Paulina!
We have several gluten-free and vegan options on the menu. From tapioca, salads, smoothie bowls, shakshuka, pancakes, etc.
We'd also like to inform you that all toasts can be served on gluten-free bread or with a baked sweet potato base instead of traditional bread. You can see our menu at: https://www.zenithcaffe.pt/EmentaZenithPT.pdf // https://www.zenithcaffe.es/MENU_ZENITH_ES_ENG.pdf However, given that all the products are made in the same kitchen and that we have very limited space, we can't guarantee 100% that there won't be any cross-contamination, even though we take every possible precaution. To date we have never had any reported incidents
If you come to visit us, we suggest that you inform the manager immediately when you order, so that we can take extra care. We hope to see you soon, Zenith team "
Very nice brunch at Noshi! We enjoyed the ambiance and natural lighting of the patio, and you also have a couple of different options of where to sit down.
We ordered a couple of drinks and food. The golden milk was on the sweeter side so keep that in mind! Also, even though the orange juice said natural, I felt that they had added sugar to it. We also ordered the vegan toast, delicious gluten free bread, wonderful balance of flavors and textures, we both enjoyed it very much. We also got the chia pudding which was great as well, nice proportions of fruit and jam. The service was alright. Attention was a little slow, maybe it was busy, and our server had little patience with us that day when I was asking questions, but thats alright.
Would definitely return to try more goodies!
Exceptional! Was a very nice surprise today :) we were looking for a cozy coffee place to escape the rain and found this cute bistro ran by a lovely couple on Google maps. We ended up eating and trying some snacks and were blown away to find that they were not only vegan, but gluten free, too! The coffee was tasty and the vibe was right. We will for sure come back. Thanks for the nice afternoon :)
Excellent food, friendly servers who communicate easily in several languages, and a short wait that was quickly forgotten. Be careful, there are no gluten-free options.

Ingredients were good quality and price was reasonable, but ordering was a nightmare and despite getting a market plate and an extra side, I left still hungry.
I asked whether the chicken dish I ordered was gluten free and was told yes, but it arrived covered in breadcrumbs.
Additionally, I was brought the wrong order twice before they got it right, including the second time where they added bread despite me clearly asking for the salad because it was gluten free.
Others with allergens here should keep in mind that although some other allergens are labeled clearly, gluten is not.
I emailed them about my allergies and about cross contamination and they emailed back " Hello Paulina,
Unfortunately we have bread in our kitchen so cross contamination can happen…
Sorry for that.
Thank you"
Lovely experience! Loads of delicious gluten free options, one of the few places I got to try smoked chouriço! The staff are fantastic and the environment really friendly and homely! Super polite and generous, I loved it!
What a wonderful gem to find in Porto! Everything was delicious from start to finish - mocktails, vegan nachos and their cheesecake. Lots of gluten free options on the menu as well. Trendy and modern decor. Service is on the slower end, but that is common around all restaurants in Porto. Would definitely return here if I am back in Portugal
Phenomenal. Unique. Different. That sums it up best. Jam jar moments collected. Childhood memories created. True to the motto: Happy children, happy parents. And absolutely gluten-free. And we regularly have a serious beef with buckwheat. The pizza here has completely reconciled us. With ginger and pear, with Gorgonzola and almonds, with hummus and zucchini, or down-to-earth with salami and onions. Cosmopolitan, uncomplicated, and humorous. We love it.
We have been going on holiday to the Algarve with our family for a few years now and we never miss Bailote.
We have tried quite a few things on the menu – meat, fish, tapas, pasta and pizza – and we are always very satisfied.
I eat gluten-free myself, and this is one of the few places in the area where I have so much choice. Pizzas, bread, burgers, salads: it is not only on the menu, it is also incredibly good!
The warm atmosphere and the great service make it complete. Definitely recommended!
I emailed them to find out in advance if they could accommodate my allergies and about cross contamination and they emailed back " Dear Paulina, Thank you for reaching out. We would very much like to have you, and there are a few options on our menu that might be suitable, but we are afraid that our production environment may not be 100% safe for your requirements, as we have only one area where everything is prepared. Thus, we cannot
guarantee the absence of cross contamination. We don't have a certified gluten-free kitchen, and even with the attention and rigor we put in our operation, we fear that the risk may be unacceptable for you."
Super delicious food and a great selection of healthy dishes. There is something for all needs, whether vegan, vegetarian or with meat/fish or, as I need it, gluten-free. We were there for breakfast and took something with us for dinner, everything worked great. The infused water is also very tasty and there is a large selection and you can refill your glasses for free. The atmosphere there is also great, everything is very lovingly decorated, you feel very comfortable there.
I recommend!
Gluten-free and lactose-free dishes adapted to my needs as a customer without any problems, Lucia who served us was incredibly nice, with extensive knowledge of the waiter service and the place where she works, very nice and specific!
Lucia, thank you for your service and the entire team!
Delicious fish!
The octopus and all my friends' dishes were also excellent!
Best regards, Daria from near Krakow/Limanów, Poland
Discovered this brunch in the old town of Aljezur. A nice hippie atmosphere, but not very cozy if you want to feel comfortable while eating 😅
Very good acai bowl granola, as well as the gluten-free banana bread. Lots of vegan and gluten-free options, which are pretty good!
Great cafe with top-notch coffee and food.
The pancakes are amazing for breakfast, just make sure that you are hungry.
Also they have a brilliant selection of gluten free and vegan cakes.
Great gluten free options (sandwiches, buddha bowls, and a gf cake)! I had the veggie halloumi sandwich and my mom had a shrimp roll. Great spot for lunch in Belém.
I’m lactose intolerant and recently gluten intolerant too, here I had one of the best meals I’ve had since removing dairy and gluten from my diet, along with a delicious gluten free beer, staff were very friendly also 👌
It's super good, the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. One drawback is that if you're celiac or gluten-intolerant, it's quite exhausting to be charged the difference and an extra 1 euro. It just doesn't make sense. Otherwise, everything is delicious, the atmosphere is super nice, and so is the place.
Decent offering of gluten & sugar free desserts, with the option of being lactose free and vegan. The outlet mainly create larger cakes and offer frozen food for sale🎂
Dining in is possible, with very limited seating available only outdoor. Indoor seating is somewhat used as an office and seminar room for cake and pastry workshop.
Taste for both Lasagna and apple tart are decent in taste. Coffee ☕️ (decaf) was average.
Wifi is available. Service is attentive. Portuguese command is highly advantageous for a smooth experience, as the staffs speaks close to zero English.
Food products made without gluten, without cow protein and without lactose. They are delicious! The sweet potato bread, the snacks and the chocolate and lemon cookies are wonderful.
The owner and employees are super helpful and friendly, always taking great care.
First of all, the coffee is exceptional, this is an absolute must-visit (every morning) for a great cuppa.
Next up is the vegan treats! My son is allergic to eggs and dairy and has had a really tough time finding anything he can have, I was amazed to find the bakery section was all either vegan or gluten free. Cue very excited 3 year old to be included!
The staff have been extremely welcoming, even when I've been turning up at opening on the dot to have a coffee before work! (Sorry!) There is a genuinely lovely collection of staff so very kind and inclusive.
Ohh AND - the list goes on, I know - you can also work from here.
It's not overly crowded, a real-life hidden gem with great coffee, great staff and a quiet place to work.
