I love the concept here, as a parent of a child with celiac disease and a dairy allergy, eating worry-free is worth the price. That being said, my family and I were disappointed with the lack of flavor/seasoning. The hacienda hash bowl had unexpected fries in it (which typically would have sent us in a spiral of cross-contamination fear but no issue at this place… just odd?) and was rather flavorless outside of the beef. The BLAT was pretty standard, I guess (can’t expect too much of a flavor punch there), but the chicken salad sammy was basically mayo and chicken- not sure if they forgot to add ingredients here or if this is typical, but no spices, veg, vinegar detected. Even the aioli was lacking in flavor. The fries were great, the staff was pleasant and the atmosphere is nice but I think this place could bring in a lot more business with some spice.

Second visit. Walked in, stood around, was not acknowledged by any staff, and left. The atmosphere was that of a noisy sports bar. The Hub Bar and Grill located in Phoenix, in the old mellow mushroom building, was a better choice. Edit: Use caution when ordering with celiac as the "Gluten-Free" Fish & Chips comes with Toast (gluten).

There isn't many places we can go out and eat, this is one of them. The pizza and wings were amazing! But the best was the mozzarella sticks, just wow. Service was great, and they have some pretty neat things in their grocery that I haven't seen anywhere else. Great place for Celiac people. They had toys and games to help keep kiddos occupied while waiting on pizza to be made. We will be returning regularly.
