I placed an online order for pick up this morning for a variety of gluten-free free bagels. After waiting several minutes, I was told they only had plain even though the selection online was for 4 different flavors. I asked to cancel the order since they did not have what I ordered, essentially wasting my time by driving there. I was told the manager would issue a refund. A short time after, I received a text with a link for the refund less the tip amount. I tried calling several times, but conveniently, no associates were available to take a call. How can you possibly justify keeping tip money for absolutely no goods or services provided and wasting my time because you accepted an order you could not fill. I will never order from this place again. Very poor business ethics.

I have doordashed from here a few times now, usually getting a gluten free everything bagel. When I ordered it online it never came with any pumpkin seeds however in person it did…the worker explained they tend to fall off when being toasted. She kindly replaced my bagel bc I am allergic to the seeds and was very professional :) Now I know not to order that again lol also the chai lattes are amazinggg, thank you!!

Asked about gluten free options and the lady said it’s a bagel shop . We have one option as we looked at all the danishes and muffins and cookies that were there none of them were gluten-free and the front of the door says it’s a café if it’s a bagel shop then please why is it a cafe . Rude about pointing out that it’s a bagel shop. I wonder they had a gluten-free bagel, but after the lady that atmosphere just felt like we didn’t belong
