Hannah was our waitress and she was the best! The food was great and everyone there with me enjoyed their food. The Vegan Burrito was also a great option for me and I loved that there was a fully vegan option on the menu that was clearly marked. They have gluten free and dairy free marked as well. Our wait on a Saturday morning was only 15 minutes! Will 100% visit again when I’m back in Brevard!!

A spot loved for its enticing duck and first-rate service; so good, you'd wish they could control the temperature.

The manager and our waiter were both VERY accommodating to our son's gluten allergy. The service was exceptional, and the food was equally impressive. We ordered the pretzel charcuterie, chicken lettuce wraps (on special), the trout, and salmon. Highly recommend!

A go-to spot for warm, melt-in-your-mouth bagel sandwiches, boasting unique steamed options and unexpected flavors. Note the earlier closing time.

YUM! Whenever we are in town we try to stop by. They have a delicious gluten free bagel which is such a treat since we rarely get to enjoy this type of sandwich. Excellent!

A buzzing spot renowned for a relaxed atmosphere and excellent coffee, though expect some high prices and a bit of a wait for your drinks.

I am not one to leave a tough review, but after my experience this morning I feel it is necessary. I would like to start by saying the Everything Bagel and bacon I purchased were both delicious - so 5 stars on food. However the service did seem to be lacking. I understand it was busy during my visit, but I too am in customer service and busyness does not give me an excuse to slack on service. I ordered online and was called shortly after placing the order to be notified they did not have gluten free bread available. No issue there - I understand things happen. I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded because my partner is unable to have gluten at this time. I was placed on hold so they could look into how to do that, and when the worker picked back up, they told me they would have to call me back because they weren't sure how to cancel an order and they were busy. I told them not to worry about canceling - I would just head up there and we could discuss then. When I got to the counter, I asked that they leave the bread off since gluten free wasn't an option. The cashier said ok and handed the ticket to the staff, but the other workers laughed at the request for no bread... which was super odd to me. After waiting for about 20 to 30 minutes for a bagel, side of bacon, and a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich with no bread, I was handed my order. No one attempted to offer replacements or any type of refund for the bread (though I had paid extra for it and tipped online), and my bacon wasn't even in the bag. They did bring it out once I brought it to their attention, though. While waiting, I must agree with a previous review - the staff was more concerned with each other than focusing on their tasks. They had 5 different orders in front of them, and instead of doing 1 at a time they were doing parts of each one and getting distracted/side tracked. Again, the food was good so I will definitely give credit there - and the staff seemed kind. But the disinterest in satisfying their customers and making sure they had everything they needed was off-putting. Maybe it was an off-day, so I'm open to trying them again if I find myself back in the area.
