Dairy free & vegan options, gluten free options. Celiac friendly is not guaranteed (no dedicated gf space) but they are aware of food allergies and are knowledgeable. My celiac sister in law has never had issues.

Great service, wonderful eggs and gluten free pancakes! They swapped out rice for hashbrowns for my husband's breakfast burrito. It was great!

Yesterday, I felt like eating something sweet and I decided to try an alternative kind of “sweet”, Acai bowl. After a little research in the internet, I found this Acai shop, Nautical Bowls, in Keller and I decided to give it a try. I bought the Coral Bowl. It was the most delicious sweet I have eaten in a long time!!! At that moment I became a new loyal customer. This is not the next level of good, but many levels above. The ingredients are gluten free, soy free, dairy free and plant base; good for most people on diet restrictions and allergies. Definitely, I’ll be buying more acai bowls at Nautical Bowls in Keller. Highly recommended!
