The staff is very friendly and the place is nice, with a good atmosphere, even though there were people it wasn't very noisy. I have to highlight the potatoes, which were very good. The hamburgers did not convince me, something that caught my attention is that the potatoes that had been brought to us a while ago were hotter than the hamburgers. And I like the food to be hot, not burning, which is reasonable, but they were completely warm. In their favor, they are very big and carry a lot of things, it is a good portion. They also have gluten-free bread and their sauces are also gluten-free, making it a very good option if you have celiac or intolerant people.

UNSAFE GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS. For the first time, I was warned that the grill could be contaminated and that there was no option to cook it in a way that could be considered gluten-free according to regulations (no traces or cross-contamination). It makes no sense that they offer gluten-free bread and it's not suitable for celiacs. I'd been there before and they hadn't told me anything about this. It's always been this way, and you don't guarantee gluten-free food safety even though you offer the bread? There was also no trace of an allergen list, and I think it's been mandatory for a few years now, right? Or is it just enough that they randomly tell you or not depending on who's serving you? The worst part was the lack of cooperation from the staff or the manager. Instead of coming out to clarify the situation, they called the employee, said something, and that was it. In conclusion, I was left without dinner since it wasn't trace-free or contaminated and therefore not suitable for celiacs, wheat-allergic people, or those sensitive to gluten without celiacs.
