While I do appreciate the quality of the food and gluten free options, I have to say the service is really lacking. Waited an hour for avocado on toast which like, doesn’t even require cooking. After taking forever to serve our food, staff rushed us to pay and leave asap. I was informed by the waitress that “we have a wait list” while she was pacing back and forth in front of our table to really lay the pressure on. The whole thing was almost funny.

I have started using them for my catering needs and they have been incredibly accommodating with various dietary requests, such as gluten-free, celiac, vegetarian, vegan, and diabetic diets. They are always able to come up with creative and different options to meet everyone's needs. Additionally, they have been very understanding of my last-minute lunch requests and always deliver. Great coffee and beautiful space. Near the waterfront and hotels - so ai visited both mornings during our stay in Kingston. Very nicely made latte. Small selection of treats, and they did have "gluten free toast" but it was adjacent to treats from "Wheat Kings" bakery, so I couldn't risk that on my Celiac kiddo.

Popped in super quick for a coffee and snack while road tipping from Kitchener to Ottawa. Didn’t expect much, and boy was I surprised! Sweet shop, great vibe, eclectic décor, great service, outstanding coffee and the best gluten free cookies I have ever eaten in my life… I kid you not! Stopped again on the way home!
