Simply the best in Florence! They make the entire menu gluten-free and the food is wonderful. It doesn't even feel like you're eating gluten-free pasta (even my husband, who can eat regular pasta, went gluten-free). Our experience was so, so good, that we went again another night to eat there. Igor's service was also spectacular! We loved this pleasant surprise, as we had a reservation at the famous restaurant next door, but we ended up deciding to take a chance at Da Garibaldi. What a hit!!! They could open one here in Florianópolis (Brazil).

I’m a celiac visiting Florence. I didn’t have a lot of hope for finding a good gluten free option and they had a case of them! Individually wrapped. I had a chocolate croissant and it was amazing! Also had the best coffee. So good and worth the walk. Not badly priced at all.

Fine dishes, beautiful setting, but small portions and mega expensive!! Pizzas from €12 to €16, first courses around €20 and second courses around €30! We eat good things and gluten-free for goodness sake, but €280 2 pizzas, 4 appetizers and 3 fillets weighing just under 200g, 3 slices of potatoes and a cherry tomato with 2 desserts is only good if you're on a yacht in Monte Carlo!

Finally found a place in the center of Florence that has good, healthy yummy food with gluten free options. We were so disappointed with Florence gluten free offerings until we found this great place. First our bodies feel good in this trip. And did I say it was yummy 😋?

Everything was perfect. The food was exactly what I was looking for. If you're vegan and/or gluten free and in Firenze, this is your spot. Will come again.
