I’ve always liked Organic roots especially that everything is a gluten free until I had an issue with an exchange for something that I just bought last night they wouldn’t take it back when they know and they see me there every other day! That’s not very nice of them all I was trying to do is an exchange for something that I just bought yesterday!! The lady kept on telling me that I didn’t have a receipt but they have my phone number and the girl that helped me last night was there too and she was super nice that she called another manager to help me! I hope they hire more professional and people skilled people because the lady that was helping me was super rude and didn’t care about loosing customers…

Delicious scones and coffee! My friend and I struggle to find places we can go together since I’m dairy free and she is gluten free and this has been a hot spot for us! With vegan scones and gluten free scones daily we can always find something to enjoy. Not to mention the coffee and tea is wonderful!

I highly recommend this place. We got two scones, one sweet strawberry cheesecake, the other one an egg. The strawberry one was moist and full of flavor, the egg scone was amazing. They baked the egg in the middle topped it with cheese, sausage, and green chilis. -also they had a gluten-free option! I didn’t try it, but definitely thought of some family members.
