Stopped in for a quick bite and ended up staying for dessert too - butter chicken was fire, and that gluten-free cupcake? Unreal. Definitely coming back.
Gluten free! No inside seating, so if you are buying a hot and ready item you'll be sitting outside or in your car to eat. Took someone with celiac there, they got to have their first chicken tender, churro, and onion rings in years. They were delish, with a lot of flavor in the breading.
I've been Gluten Free for over 10 years. Josephine's bread, waffles, rolls and pastries are the best of any bakery, without exception, that I have enjoyed since being diagnosed with Celiac.
Had great experience in this bakery w/Rockville Vegans for two different events, Matzah Pizza and the Cake Decorating Competition! The food is all gluten free and items that are vegan as well as dairy free are each marked in different colors on the menu which is very helpful for different dietary restrictions. Jamie, the owner, is very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend!
The Corner Pantry is a Baltimore gem with thoughtfully curated and creative selections and amazing gluten free breads and pastries. Everything on the menu from coffee to savory to sweet options simultaneously evoke comfort and decadence. Their holiday pies are also a staple for my family's festive menus, and whenever I visit, the staff is warm and inviting. On days when you need a little extra joy in your life, I highly recommend visiting TCP!
Excellent food and service! It was very busy when I visited since the farmers market was happening outside, but there was still plenty of tables available. There were also board games to play upstairs and water near the seating. The staff was very friendly and takes allergies very seriously. The employee made sure to tell me about the gluten free options and how they avoid cross contamination. I also heard them explaining what items did/didn’t have dairy to other guests. The food and coffee was very good, and I will definitely be coming back to try more!
They can make almost everything on the menu gluten free and the food came out with an allergy sticker on it! Plus, a dedicated fryer- the truffle fries were AMAZING! No reaction :)
Love this spot in Hyattsville! They have great gluten free and vegetarian options. My dining partner and I enjoyed the atmosphere, the service was good and the drink specials were delicious.
I cannot thank Crepe Daddy enough for having delicious food options for celiacs!! I’m
Not just gluten free.. I am highly symptomatic and to have a place to eat that is both safe and delicious is a gift!
Fantastic breakfast spot, and super amazing gluten free/vegan waffles. So hard to find somewhere to eat with food allergies and Malia’s rocks it. Everything is always delicious and coffee is good too!
This is the best coffee shop cafe to stop by and great gluten free choices. Try their gf seed bread toasted on any sandwich. Inventive salads, soups, sandwiches, bright spaces, great staff, smooth coffee, a delight for the senses.
Mindpub is home away from home. The food is amazing (especially the gluten free which honestly is so good, it’s hard to find gluten free in Federal hill that isn’t insanely expensive for no reason) the staff are great and know a lot - especially when asking for different recommendations. Coffee is locally roasted down the street! If I moved away - I would ALWAYS make sure to come here first when I visit

Sage cakery did an amazing job! This was the most delicious gluten free cake I have ever had and it looked absolutely beautiful too. Highly recommend!!
EarthTones fits the bill when you need cozy seating, vegan and gluten free meal options, and a gluten free/vegan cookie or muffin to satisfy a sweet tooth. The atmosphere is gorgeous, featuring a beautiful porch, a wall of pothos, and a view overlooking a gorgeous creek/pond.
Seating is a mix of old wooden chairs, an old couch, a rocking chair, etc. Tables are either old (to match the house) or really cool reclaimed wood and resin with coffee beans inside them. I LOVE that the reclaimed wooden table from their former location has a home on the side porch! 😄
I love this store and the concept. Eat Sprout has an ample variety of delicious pre-made local/organic/gluten free meals you can take home and quickly heat up (if necessary). Super easy and convenient! Tonight I had the Southwest Turkey & Quinoa w/street corn w/lime crema and it was delicious! They have bunch of delicious and clean snacks. You can get meals made there for breakfast/lunch/dinner, fruit smoothies, and coffee drinks. They also have a nice selection of bottled fruit drink blends, teas, etc. in varying sizes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable. The store hours are great- seven days a week. There needs to be a lot more places like this!!
Hot and fresh gluten-free donuts! Not sure about cross-contamination but you can choose any of the flavor combos they offer for the donuts. One donut is the perfect size for a little treat!
Love sobo cafe!! They are so careful and have so many gf options. I’ve eaten there so many times and never had an issue. The food is so yummy, my gf mom also loves this place. Cocktails are great too!!
I met a friend for brunch there. It was my first time dining in. The place was busy and the atmosphere was very cozy. It felt like visiting a family friend's house for a meal. The customer service was excellent. They really believe in their food and were happy to share options and how much care they took in creating it. I had the Gluten free pancakes and a strawberry based drink/smoothie. The food was amazing as always. I have also had 2 other items from their menu in the past and it's consistently good. I highly recommend visiting and experiencing it yourself.
What a cozy, cool cafe. My girlfriends and I grab breakfast and lunch here often.
Fabulous food! Flaky crusted daily quiche packed with flavor at a very good price of $10 fans it is enough fir 2 people). freshly made avocado toast. Best ever chicken salad ( pecans,!).
Delectable crepes ( savory and sweet), muffins, sugar cookies. You name it.
Lots of table seating. Bar stools. Outdoor seating in ice weather.
Large selection of teas and coffees.
May vegetarian and gluten free options.
Cool gifts and mugs.
Very cute coffee shop offering a wide variety of drinks with many substitutions. Gluten free options for pastries, alternatives for milk, and willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions. The servers were all ready and willing to take our order, and were very friendly and sweet! Shout out to Jewel for being awesome 🫶 definitely will come back when I'm in the area
We are regulars here since they opened. We love their pho and crepes. I have my fixed orders that I go for all the time. Chocolate nut party Crêpe is my favorite. But all of their crepes are delicious. I love that there are so many gluten free options here. Highly recommend!!
Being a person who has gluten sensitivities, I really enjoy coming to this place. The ability to order something and not have to worry about gluten is an amazing feeling. I love the atmosphere, the smiling friendly staff and the bowls. As a mom that does everything for everyone and very little for myself, the little notes or smiles on the lids ALWAYS make my day.
As someone who is Gluten Free, I appreciate their delicious baked goods! But I’m hooked on their Mango smoothie. They’re also my favorite small business for a Mocha! Not to mention the friendly staff and cozy and comfortable seating. A great place to meet friends or change up your WFH scenery!
We went here for breakfast on a whim and we were truly pleasantly surprised! It's a cozy little cafe downtown with a varied menu including lots of gluten free options. Our servers were SO NICE, I cannot overstate this. The food was also amazing. Definitely check it out!
Very good coffee, I find their espresso based options especially good, nothing is overly sweet (I've had Almond Joy, hazelnut, and another I can't remember). The chix salad is very good, breakfast sandwiches have lots of options for cheese and protein, and they serve the best gluten free roll I've ever tried.
The only minor negative is the eggs for sandwiches are cooked in the microwave, they are tasty nonetheless.
They do a very brisk order online-n-pickup business and I actually love it. I wish I lived near this terrific local coffeehouse chain, but I was visiting the area for several weeks and visited the Annapolis and Crownsville locations multiple times.

So hard to find vegan with gluten free options. Eating out I usually have to just get a salad, but here I was able to get an appetizer, dinner, and dessert!! I got the lemon risotto with chicken and my husband got the blackened fettuccine with chicken. It was soooooo good. The white sangria was awesome. Service was great and their recommendations were on point.
Perfect small town chain! I love walking to this place every weekend (sometimes twice!) as they have great hours and a good menu selection.
I have had their espresso just on its own and it is divine, which I say as a member of the Atlas coffee club and retired barista =D
The smoothies are great with a great choice of mix-ins. They also offer bulletproof coffee which is tasty and keto friendly. I also love their seasonal drinks like the maple chaider. My mum loved the Mexican hot chocolate, and my partner loves the dirty chai. They also have coconut milk as a non-dairy milk which is not that common but my go to for espresso drinks. The menu is honestly huge and I haven’t had a drink yet that I disliked- my personal preference is less sweet drinks than the standard, and they happily accommodate my requests for less syrup in drinks such as the aforementioned maple chaider.
I love a place with a loyalty card and their program is a very rewarding one! Their service is efficient, however the space is a bit narrow so it can back up quickly on busy days and complicated drinks.
They introduced me to my favorite local brand of gluten free pastries, s/o Gluten Free Girl! They also have some savory pastries like ham and cheese croissants, and probably others that I haven’t seen because they’re probably sold out by the time I get there.
Overall a solid, consistent, and quirky spot that has won my heart, which is quite particular.
Love the new space. Comfortable seating, great selection of gluten-free and dairy-free meals and snacks. Those Rails to Trails cookies get me every time.
I have been here three times because they have gluten free brownies and now I am pretty sure this is the most overhyped bakery in this area.
1. the staff are totally untrained in even basic human courtesy. They act as if they are giving free food to the customers.
2. The brownie size, appearance and taste are inconsistent. Once we were given a broken brownie that was half the thickness of a decent one on the shelf. 5$ for that is beyond ridiculous.
Overall, would never recommend this place and actively discourage others from going there.
Absolutely love this little gem of a coffee house! The staff is friendly and the owners are amazing! Lots of different drink options and you can even make your own concoction. My family loves the pastries and I appreciate the variety of yummy gluten free options! They open the space for community events as well, which is lots of fun!
Phenomenal in every single way. I love the consistent high quality of the food. The buckwheat crepes are my favorite as I have a gluten sensitivity and dairy allergy. I love that the manager/owner is so “hands on” with his cafe. It’s very close to the Patapsco park so it’s great to go here before hiking. Really great dining experience in an age where great quality restaurant food is hard to find, everything is homemade and delicious.
Placed my order let the young man know I wanted Large coffees, when order came out everything was small. The guy that gave us our order was the same guy that took it, I told him we ordered large and just stares at us and proceeds to hand us our order, his shirt said I like cold beer, not very professional. He just ignores us after giving us our order. We than approached young lady behind the counter, she did give me bigger cups for our hot coffee but one was an iced coffee and she said we would have to get back in line. Not worth the time, this is the third time being here but will be my last for a while. My first visit was great loved the iced coffee and gluten free cake which they did not have this time, the guy said they are still waiting for it to come in. Each time I've been in here service has gotten worse. There is a new pastry shop down the road from here will go there next time and see if service is better.
