An exceptional dining experience. Very impressed with how serious food allergies are treated. Our server, who was excellent, guaranteed no crosscontamination of gluten and the manager Yamac, who was particularly personable, attentive and pleasant,
discussed the method of food preparation, ingredient substitution prior to the meal being made and checked in afterwards to confirm everything was satisfactory.

We heard this place was good for gluten free but the menu was not marked to show what is or can be modified to be gluten free. When we asked our server, they really had no idea. They had to go get someone else to talk to us but did that after we ordered based on what they said. The food was fine but if you aren't going to mark your menu, your staff must be versed but really? Just mark it on the menu.

Subway has been my favorite food to go lately. My husband is gluten-free and they have Gluten free buns. Healthy food as well. I have visited at least 5 of them lately. The new drive through are awesome. I must comment on their cleanliness . My favorite is anew one in Cole Harbour. Excellent and helpful staff. Also the Lower Sackville location in NS. Great service. I usually do not make an order online because at other similar places where staff make your sub, sandwich, wrap ect in front of you ordering ahead is more likely to not be made as well. Yesterday I ordered ahead to pick up a wrap and it was perfect. Staff kept the wrap warm, it was a busy time a day but my order was still ready on time. Thank you. Great tasting regular items that my son loves and great tasting gluten free items. Quality ingredients.
