We bought two tenderloins, one without tac and one from common kitchen. The one without tac was literally half the size of the other loin, the potatoes without tac were fried with old oil or reheated, something like that... the bread was chewy... they changed the bread without tac. The worst thing of all is that after eating it I started to feel bad. We were super clients of saltimbanco. Now I AM, a disappointment. Keep in mind that when we celiacs eat out, we are very excited, since it is something that we normally cannot do... if you offer that service, offer it well, please. It was one of my favorite places to eat. Today I do not recommend it.

I am a customer, I always go to buy there, everything is delicious from the puddings to the coconut cakes and the Creoles they sell are spectacular, they have a huge variety of gluten-free options, you can tell that it is all handmade and 100% homemade. The attention 10 points, every time I go there is a girl who serves you with the best of vibes. Highly recommended
