My partner took me here for our first date and now we have been going here consistently for over a year! Everyone is always so friendly & accommodating. The staff are very attentive and care about your experience. There is a wide variety of food and drink options, tapas style and about 4 or 5 dishes are plenty to feed 2 people. It's one of the only places we trust going out as my partner is coeliac and he has never had any repercussions after eating here. The atmosphere is amazing, the Spanish guitar players and the band at nights are fun and friendly and not overly in your face so you can still have a conversation and enjoy the music at the same time. I've always loved the courtyard area with the fairy lights, it makes it seem magical - also the new inside renovations are looking great! Honestly if I had the $$ my partner and I were even joking/ hypothesising about having our wedding reception here it is that great.

Came here a few weeks ago for a dinner with family got the chicken burger and chips with the gluten free bun but it looks like their menu has changed and also the way they describe how they deal with coeliac/gluten free and cross contamination in the kitchen and it seems like they’re trying to cover their butts more in if there has been an incident and someone has Had a reaction to it. Avoid this place if you are sensitive to gluten! We specifically ordered the fajitas with CORN tortillas, as people in our party have huge GI issues with gluten. Despite this, our server brought us FLOUR tortillas! We flagged our server but he didn't seem to understand the difference between flour and corn tortillas, and kept insisting they were "tortillas". Yes, we knew that, but wanted the corn ones we ordered. After going around in circles for a few minutes we gave up, and those that couldn't eat gluten just piled the fajitas on some corn chips we'd ordered earlier. The flavor of the fajitas was off somehow, and i didn't enjoy it. Definitely a disappointing meal. Mgmt definitely needs to train their staff on the differences between these two types of tortillas!
Also, I appreciate that many people seem to love the Mexican-adjacent theme, but I bounced off hard from the place: I found it extremely loud, and the tables packed way too close together. I wanted to leave almost as soon as I'd sat down. You might like the loud, in-your-face atmosphere but it wasn't for us.

We had a really lovely meal at Pedro's last night. The food was amazing as always and the service is just so fun and friendly. Booked in for New Years Eve. No table service but that was okay. On ordering food, our Gluten free companion, who was told they could cater for, yet they couldn’t. Ended up with a bruschetta, which was apparently yummy. The rest of us ordered entrees and mains. The food came out in dribs and drabs and two meals didn’t come out at all over the two hours we were there. The food that did come out was not good. None of us ate together. I understand they had an issue with staff, but in hindsight, they would have been better to close their doors.
