We had a lovely experience at The Olive Tree. The food was delicious. I had gluten free Halloumi & Mushroom Burger and my friend had the Mac N Cheese and a Halloumi, Lettuce & Tomato Sandwich on malted bread, with a salad garnish & coleslaw. The service was good, and the overall ambience warm and inviting. A great place to enjoy a meal— especially on their picnic tables near the canal on a sunny day!☀️

Nice choice of beers and I was blown away by tastiest non-beef burger ever, the chicken tandoori burger with onion bhaji inside the bun too! We’ll visit again!
We had a lovely lunch here. Gluten free options were provided and the staff were very attentive. Great care is taken over ingredients and presentation. Their home made kimchi was delicious. There was a relaxed family friendly atmosphere without compromising on food quality. Would definitely go again.
Excellent service. The restaurant staff were very considerate of my reservation notes and dietary restrictions. I was so grateful to have several fabulous vegan AND gluten free options. The mushroom arancini is phenomenal.
Had a lovely lunch in the sunshine here. Front of house showed us to our table, admittedly he ran off before I could even ask a question but it was quite busy. I’m gluten & dairy free and they made the prawns in a garlic & chilli oil instead of garlic butter and it was superb! I couldn’t eat the roll as it has soya in so they swapped for chips, which were amazing… although I think they forgot these and I had to ask for them again after eating half my prawns! However, they came really fast after that! Great atmosphere & location just above the beach. Would definitely return!
Omg!! This place is well worth a visit, or several visits. Service was friendly and prompt. The waffles were the best I’ve had, full of toppings and with lots of flavour. They do most things gluten free too - I can’t remember the last time I had a proper waffle. We’ll be back x
