This place is great if you have a dairy allergy as most things are vegan by default. If you have a gluten allergy you have to be careful as they do not have have a dedicated gluten free fryer. The killer for me is that I have issues with gluten dairy and soy. They had very few dishes available that could accommodate my soy allergy. Caprese pizza with cashew ricotta. It was ok. I was devestated I couldn't have the chicken and waffles.
Great cocktails.
Great spot for happy hour! And lots of options too. If you’re gluten free - ask for their separate gluten free menu (love to see it!)
We did the Sunday all day happy hour and were so excited to try a few new things. It’s still pricey but worth it ☺️
I adore this cute little cafe. All the food is delicious AND healthy. My belly always feels great after eating here. Basically everything can be made gluten free, which makes it hard to choose! The breakfast burrito bowl has been my favorite thing that I've ordered. I also love the superfood lattes!
Don’t bother with this place, you’ll leave with an empty wallet and stomach.
We’ve been wanting to try Restaurant Olivia for a while and it was disappointing to say the least. We spent $200 (for two people) on bad food. The service was great, but the food is way overpriced, teeny tiny portions, and everything was super salty. The jovial gluten free pasta that you can buy at the grocery store is 5million times better than their “homemade” gluten free pasta. We literally had to go to chipotle after because we were starving. Worst food we’ve had in a long time, so sad.
This is a tale of two dinners. Had it just been my dinner, this would have been 5 stars all the way. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
My wife, who has celiac, loved her peach salad, but absolutely disliked their version of a gf pizza. By the time service got back to us for a check in, I was already done with my meal. They did make it up to us with free dessert, but we do wish she had been able to try the gf pasta.
I can say the elk bolognese, the pumpkin cheesecake, and the bone marrow appetizer were all out of this world. As mentioned, my wife started with the peach salad and she thought it was delicious and a unique interpretation of the dish. The drinks were also fabulous, though they took way too long to get when we were sitting right next to the bar.
All in all, a great meal, and we will be back to see if we can bump it up to a five all the way around.
Let me share the good stuff first. The staff is very hard working. The hostess greeted us immediately and was friendly. The food looked good and tasted ok to great. There was a bathroom. We were excited to go bc the one in our area shut down. They have a nice drink selection. The non-alcoholic beverages were great. The service was strong. Now on to the story.
We were told the wait would be 10-15 minutes, and we could wait at the bar or upstairs. We sat at the bar, but the overworked bar tender told us we could not for drinks as not everyone was 21. OK. Outside it is. After about 30-40 minute wait our table was ready.
Why was there a wait? Well, the hostess was our server and the one cleaning the tables. They were understaffed. No worries, it happens. There was only one bartender, so drinks would be slow. The food would be a bit to get there, which makes sense given staffing.
The food looked good. The meatball sub was bland and a little overcooked. Tots were mushy. Neither teenager liked their pizza. The gluten-free pizza looked good and tasted good. However, shortly after, 3 out of 4 were not feeling well. I am not sure if it was the pear cider or the GF pizza, but I had a bad reaction after it. This would be a gluten reaction that is painful and takes a long while to recover. This was around a 2 hour affair, not including wait time. One more thing, just like a lot of places, the prices are much much higher than before. But not abnormal for the area.
I really hope the place turns around and everyone has a better food experience than us. I am sorry to leave a poor review. I normally do not leave reviews like this.
I purchased a cake from here for my elopement! The process was so easy and they were very helpful. The cake was gluten free and dairy free. The cake was very tasty and so reasonably priced! They did an amazing job decorating the cake. I will be getting a lot more desserts here! Thank you!!
We loved the place! The sandwiches are exceptional, from the tasty bread to the juicy meat to the sauce, everything fits perfectly! The staff is friendly and helpful. Best of all, there is great gluten free bread, best we have tasted!
Even though the service was just OK and a bit slow, the food was amazing!
Ceviche had tons of lime and just enough spice level. I wish it came with avocado.
The chilaquiles were crunchy (as they should) and the eggs runny but well cooked on the outside.
The tacos de carnitas were good too, the meat was tender and tasted great.
All three plates gluten free!
Price is also fair.
Kudos to the chef!
The staff were friendly and very accommodating when I requested gluten free vegan pho. They said their pho is naturally gluten free except for the hoisin sauce. They made sure hoisin sauce was not included in my pho. They also have gluten free soy sauce!
First visit and was impressed with the food, its presentation, and the wait staff. The menu offers gluten free options and some non-gf items can be made gf. Nice atmosphere with outdoor seating.
Excellent tuna and their avocado mouse with a hint of truffle is incredible. Xiao Long Bao are super tasty with great accompaniments. Superb drink selection and bonus they have an extensive gluten free menu.
I had never been to a cheesecake factory before but I will definitely be back! I ordered a Cobb salad and subbed steak for the chicken (trying to get a steak and blue cheese feel) and the steak was not worth the $10 additional dollars. I asked for it medium rare and got well done. However, once I brought it to our servers attention, he took it back to fix it. The salad was delicious 🤤 the gluten free Godiva cheesecake is delectable
Best Thai I've had in a long time! Natural meats, real Thai chilis and dank curry! Momo Kawa unfiltered Sake for the win! #GlutenFree labeled veg veg menu. Stellar!
Both times I have visited, I ordered the tasting menu. EVERY course was creative, and so, so good! It is the first time in my 30 years of eating gluten-free that what I was able to eat was equal to or better than what everyone else was eating. Amazing!

My first time there we went with friends and the restaurant came recomended. It’s a nice restaurant in downtown Denver. Nice atmosphere to the place and the service was really great. The main down side as a vegetarian there are basically no options. I didn’t see anything for vegan or gluten free etc. I was told by the waitress the they could ask the chef if he could throw me together some pasta. Hmm that sounds so appealing especially at those prices! Very odd that a place doesn’t cater to dietary restrictions this day and age. Most restaurants are very accommodating so that was very unfortunate.
Clear menu, great gluten free options as labeled on their website, quick service, and food was phenomenal. I had beef pad thai, my friends had curry, and drunken noodles. Everyone was so happy with their food. Many menu items can be customized to fit veggie preferences or dietary restrictions.
Our dinner party had a vegetarian, a gluten free individual and one with no dietary restrictions. ChoLon was very accommodating and even hand marked a menu to show which items were vegetarian friendly. They have a printed GF menu available as well and online. Our waitress and all staff were polite, helpful and wonderful to have.
Above and beyond all the food we ordered was delicious with our only suggestion being that the beet salad should have more beets. The dumplings, bao buns, Malaysian noodles and more were all very delicious!
Wait time was a bit long. It's a bunch of premade pizzas that you line up and buy a slice and then they warm it up for you. Tasted pretty good, had gluten free options (not already prepared but to be made fresh), staff were cool. Evening line was long and moved fairly slow for what it was.
My fiancé's and my absolute favorite Italian restaurant in Denver! And I've been to Italy ;) Their Wild Mushroom Fusilli is some of the best pasta we've ever eaten and can be made Gluten-free. Their atmosphere is laidback and unpretentious, their service is impeccable, and their menu is delicious. 10/10!
Yampa Sandwich Company is delicious! The variety, freshness and quality is top notch! Hits the spot every time! They also have amazing gluten free bread!
It’s my one-year anniversary of being celiac and gluten free so I celebrated with a Snarfs burger — so good!!!
I went to the Ogden/11th location when they weren’t busy, and they were great about taking every safety precaution. The employees cleaned an area and changed their gloves before making my burger. And they were really nice about it.
The buns come sealed so they don’t get contaminated — and they are really good. They’re soft and taste like a regular bun. The next time I go to a BBQ, I’m just going to go buy a bun from Snarfs to take with me.
We had such a great experience here!! Armando, the manager, made our friend's birthday so special! They decided to give us all desserts on the house and showered us with all these desserts. They must have given us 12-14 desserts for all of us to share on the house!! So fun and so delicious!!
All of the meals were so savory and everyone in our group of 12 was so happy with their choices. I had the tortellini au parmesana and the sauce was to die for. I was looking for something in a white wine and it was sooooo good!
Our group has gluten free and dairy free folks and they accommodated everyone.
The owners of Wokano must have sold their souls to someone because I had an otherworldly experience eating this food. Best sesame tofu I’ve ever had. Tofu spring rolls pretty standard but they’re massive and come with both peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce.
They were happy to make the sesame tofu gluten free and they also have lots of vegan options.
Living close to this place is soon to bleed me dry but I can’t even act like I’m not ecstatic about it. I love you Wokano Asian Bistro.
This restaurant absolutely made our day! From the greeter to our server/bartender to the delicious food: we felt so taken care of and welcome. We had gluten free pizza and panini and both tasted like the real deal. Our server, Marcella, really made the experience special, and she helped us celebrate my daughter’s birthday in style. We will definitely be back again!
I’m so glad we stumbled on Mario’s Pizza! We had a group in town for a kids dance competition at the convention center. We needed to feed 25 people in a short time frame between a performances. I called Julie a couple days in advance and was able to coordinate delivery. It showed up hot and right on time. The pizzas are big, and our group raved about good the food was. You can tell they use quality ingredients in their pies. They even had a gluten free option for us. If you are looking for pizza in downtown Denver, definitely check these guys out. Thanks Julie! Our kids tummies were stuffed!
So yummy! Definitely recommend getting their kids portions, those fill me up and are so worth the money, they're cheaper. I love love love their blueberry lavender drink so good. Disappointed that they have no gluten free pita but staff were friendly.
This place is AH-MAZING!! Carlo, the owner and who prepared our meal tonight, was so sweet. He whips up a mouthwatering meal with attention to detail and flavor. I had a bowl that was a perfect portion for a light to medium eater. The burritos are great for a larger meal. Plus there are other mouthwatering delights on the menu to round out a meal.
I am also celiac and found delicious gluten free options with no need for substitutes.
After going here it is my personal mission to tell everyone in Cap Hill and Denver to protect Carlo and Toro at all costs. He is serving up eats that leave you licking your bowls and fingertips!
A small business to return back to often!
The food and service were both excellent. The server was extremely knowledgeable about which menu items are gluten free and which could be modified - felt very safe for someone with celiac.
I love coming to Dragonfly Noodle! It's order up front and sit down, so food comes out very quickly. Their broth, noodles and ingredients all come out to the same hot temperature, and the flavor is truly on point. It's one of the few places that doesn't leave me feeling yucky or bloated afterward. They have gluten free option for every ramen bowl, which I love because I can try something new each time. Their portions are slightly smaller than your average ramen place, but it's a perfect portion without feeling like you had too much; it also leaves room to finish the broth. ;) I love the food here and would recommend anyone to come try it!
We went for dinner this evening, Valentine's day, the food was fantastic though the portions were small. It was a fixed menu for all patrons, we choose the 5 course option. My wife is a sensitive gluten free celiac and the food was celiac accommodating and delicious.
However, overall, we felt the service did not match the price. Multiple of our wine pairings were served after we had finished our course. I did not receive the course option I ordered, and once the service staff was questioned they stated they were out. Then multiple tables next to us whom were seated later received the dish. We did receive one specialty cocktail to make up for the inconvenience. Ultimately, we were charged about 333$ for a fixed menu dinner. Walking out we noticed all other two person parties were charged 317$ which left us with a super sour opinion of this place. Definitely will not return for in-service dining.
Snooze on Broadway is our go to place for breakfast and for my mom, most everything on the menu can be made gluten free. The Gluten free pancakes are delicious ❣️
