I love the sesame chicken salad! You can sub out the grains for more greens. and The chicken is perfectly cooked in a delicious Asian marinade. The roasted broccoli and crunchy carrots add more interest and nutrition. The dressing is flavorful. This salad is so healthy and delicious that I actually prefer it to their excellent burgers.
They are about as gluten friendly as anybody could hope for in a restaurant of this kind.
Delicious local Poké bowls. I always need to look for gluten free (GF) options when traveling and The Scale will always be my go to when I’m back in the Burlington area.
Never met a Jersey Mike's I didn't like. My goto is the 17 Philly.
I find they've gotten a little lax with the gluten free. For example, last time they had the separate station which they cleaned off to prepare my wife's sub then someone came by and tossed three regular rolls right next to where hers was being actively prepped. In my experience, that never would have happened a few years ago.
Still delicious though.

Thank you for having a gluten free menu! Very important for people who have Celiac or gluten sensitivity. The food was great and it's a big relief to know I can go out to eat without becoming ill due to a gluten sensitivity. Now I have choices to choose from💗
Amber was such a pleasure to work with for our wedding in September! She was so responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding, and so collaborative and willing to answer all of our questions, and provided helpful suggestions to assist in our planning. We wanted to provide an allergy friendly dessert bar for our guests as we had several who are GF, vegan, nut free etc and Amber was incredible with helping us to design a menu that fit these needs. I am gluten free myself and so our wedding cake was GF - Cranberry Chai - it was SO delicious, I am still dreaming about it. She also decorated the cake beautifully with pressed edible flowers based on pinterest pictures I provided. Amber was also flexible in creating a dessert that she doesn't have on her menu - apple crisp - and it was insanely good. Our guests raved about her apple crisp, brownies, and cakes! So grateful for her openness and willingness to help us execute our vision for our boho VT wedding!
I cannot say this enough…we absolutely love coming here! Gluten free buns for the win!!! Outdoor seating so I can bring my pup. Such friendly folks, too.

I went on the soft opening night and had a wonderful time. I ate the calamari and Mediterranean cavatappi with a French martini. The atmosphere is beautiful and feels like a NYC restaurant not VT! Each table had its own water, ambient lightning and oil/vinegar for personal use. It felt very romantic, and was nice and quiet despite being fully booked! Wait staff was super accommodating for my spouse’s celiac disease and he suffered no ill effects from cross contamination!! Nice to know there is an italian restaurant that someone with celiac can eat at. Food was delicious and so were the homemade cannolis! Overall I can’t wait to go again and bring out of own guests to visit!
While it may not have signature recipes and fancy presentations of other creamy shops, their frozen yogurt selection is very diverse for soft serve flavors and they have a well stocked toppings bar. Paid by weight, The average cup runs you about 7 to 15 dollars if you really deck it out. They have gluten free and low sugar options as well.
Most flavors are low fat.
But be careful, because you'll quickly pile on the toppings until you're back up to a hefty dessert.
Came in between lunch and dinner, and so it was pretty empty, but every table and bench was clean, and tidy, it was quiet, and very fast and friendly service. Saw all those reviews about it being dirty, so maybe they've been paying attention and working on it? It's hard to find an affordable gluten free and vegan meal while out doing errands, and I'm happy with my food and experience here.
Not worth it for gluten free, the normal pizza was good though got delivery so idk about service or atmosphere. It's discouraging when gluten free options are so much more money and are small and not very tasty. I know it's doable, Costco has great gluten free frozen pizzas (better than most restaurants I've tried 😬)
