For three summers (since my daughter's diagnosis) when we are on holiday I have come to get supplies (in the true sense of the word) from Signorile. A magical place for celiacs, top fresh products and super competitive prices for us who are from Bolzano it is an oasis in the desert given that here the fresh product does not only exist packaged or frozen. If it could be transported to us too, it would make a splash. Keep up the good work Erika

Lasagna purchased for mid-August, exceptional! An excellent variety of highly recommended gluten-free products, also available for lactose-free. In general, both the savory and the sweet (which lasts well even a few days after purchase) are excellent and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth considering!

Vegan pastry shop with some gluten-free options too (but they were very honest saying that they don't guarantee there is no contamination), wide choice of drinks and vegetable milk.
I ordered a gluten-free cutlet sandwich with salad and mayo on Sunday evening by phone. When I opened it at home there was no mayo or salad and the cutlet was half burnt.
