One of the best gluten free sushi places I have found. They have a big gf section of the menu, plus really good teriyaki sauce that is too. One of the main things we go here for is the gf salad dressing.
The sushi rolls were decent, but the fish was great on the nigiri.
12/10 stars for this place!! I was SOOOO surprised by everything here. We went for weekend brunch and I was shocked to hear there was a short 20 min wait when we arrived around 10:45 AM. So if you want to come here, make reservations if you can, the day before at the latest. Around 11:30, I heard the wait was 45 minutes. Prices here were fantastic and the flavour profiles for the dishes were top notch. Great coffee options, tea options, and plenty to choose from! They have a cafe on the left where you order at the counter, with pastries, coffee/tea, and food options. To the right, they have weekend brunch. The menus are different, but similar.
Best of all- So many gluten free options! And vegan options!
We ordered their breakfast bowl, the regular breakfast (forget the name, eggs, bacon/sausage, sweet potato smash, toast), and the parfait. I also got the gluten free cinnamon sandwich cookies and the chocolate chip cookies. Oh my gawd. Both of these! The cinnamon cookie was delicious, even for anyone who is not gluten free. The choc chip cookie was huge and DIVINE.
I wish I lived closer so I could come here DAILY. It's that good.
Do your mouth a favour and come here.
And, you're welcome. 🫰
Great place to stop while in the SLC airport. Items were marked as Gluten Free and Gluten Friendly and also had items where you can sub for Gluten free items. I was not disappointed! The brisket grilled cheese sandwich on Gluten free bread was delicious!

My husband and I had gone out on a date to the Melting Pot in SLC, Monday, January 19, 2025 at 6:30 pm.
The Valet parking wasn't available that night, so my husband had to park down at the end of the street in 20 Degree weather.
Once my husband returned, we showed up reservations, but we still waited ten minutes after our allotted time. It was almost as if they couldn't find our names.
Once seated they fit us into a small corner both there was a lot of high traffic; people kept walking by, other customers waiters or waitresses with food. It created a lot of noise and carrying on a conversation was difficult.
Our waitress, keep forgetting things. I told our waitress at the beginning that I have a Gluten Allergy. She still made mistakes bring us food that was not gluten free or we had to ask for water.
The pot was never hot enough to cook our food to the right temperature; my husband had to keep adjusting it so we could have a hot meal. We asked for "The Big Night Out For Two" and the California & the Bacon Ranch Parmesan Salads were awful. Items were placed in the salad that weren't on the menu.
Once dinner arrived, we were still given items with gluten in them, despite me repeatedly saying I was allergic to gluten. Then once our vegetables were in the pot, our waitress took the spoon for us to get them out with. We had to flag down out waitress to get another spoon so we could finish dinner.
By the time dessert showed up, I was ready to leave. We had to adjust out pot so the chocolate would cook, not all the ingredients were in the chocolate at to complete the fondue part.
I was severely disappointed in our visit, it this had been my first time, I don't think I would be going back. I am not even sure if I will now with my recent experience. We have always gone for my birthday or my anniversary each year and it has always been my favorite place. I don't think I can say that now.
Dali Crepes is delicious. The servers were very accommodating and friendly. The food came out all at the same time and was as ordered. The presentation is beautiful and the serving sizes are substantial. The only negative, which was major for us, was that it advertises to have gluten free options, but it is not safe for celiacs as they use the same crepe grills for all crepes, so they are cross-contaminated. There are very few actual gluten free options at this restaurant.
Been going to this tsunami location for over 20 years. The quality has always been top notch. I'm also a mom with the Celiac kid, so tsunami is always been a safe place for us to enjoy dinner together.
Not your typical dessert, but so delicious! It’s so fluffy, and they don’t skip out on the mix-ins. I was so thrilled to find out they have gluten free options (I got the Cadillac OG). Highly recommend!
Esperanza was great and this please is gassss.
Menchie's is so good for a bunch of reasons! First off, they have a huge variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings, so you can customize your treat exactly how you like it. Whether you're into fruity flavors, chocolatey goodness, or something more unique, they've got you covered.
Another great thing is the quality of their ingredients. They use real, high-quality ingredients, which makes a big difference in taste. Plus, they often have options for people with dietary restrictions, like dairy-free or gluten-free choices.
The atmosphere at Menchie's is also super fun and family-friendly. It's a great place to hang out with friends or family, and the self-serve model lets you be creative with your combinations.
Lastly, they often have promotions and loyalty programs, so you can get good deals and rewards for being a regular customer. All these factors together make Menchie's a favorite spot for many people looking for a delicious and customizable frozen treat!
Can I just talk about how amazing this place is? A breathe of fresh air in salt lake. The food was wonderful and the service was even better! Many great gluten free options. Very healthy great tasting food. No soda machines just great lemonade and other beverages. I’m sure that’s going to be a shock for a lot of Utahns 😂 I hope they do well and can grow in this beautiful state. We are lucky to have flower child here! 😃
I initially chose this place because it is wheelchair accessible. It did not disappoint. It is a lovely and spacious cafe. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. Coffee is great! I wish they had a slightly larger baked good selection but they did have a gluten free and vegan option. And what we had was delicious. We will definitely be returning.
