Gluten-reduced multi-cereal flour provides a real plus in terms of taste and digestibility. A word of advice: we should communicate more on this point because being sensitive to gluten, I had no inconvenience.

Even though it's fast food they are very friendly.
I can't eat gluten so I thought it wasn't possible for me to eat there but I took their plate which is very well stocked.
I ate very well for around 7 euros 80 per plate.

My wife is allergic to gluten, so they made a rice noodle pad thai.
Verdict: excellent pad thai, among the best we know.

Very good pizza. A lot of fresh items. All pasta is made from rye, no gluten. The pizza chef is very friendly and talkative, full of humor. To recommend.
