Always a friendly welcome. Great food and a selection of tasty beers and ciders. The ramen is amazing, and there is a great selection of tasty added items. Meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans are all well catered for as well as good gluten-free choices. The staff are lovely and also knowledgeable. You can also choose to eat off the Burger Shop menu. Dog friendly on the covered outside tables.

Small portion of food (bolognese-had more onions and tomato bits then meat). Gluten free pasta was dry and was not very hot when served. Had to wait long time for the waiters. No on the house snack was brought to our table. Wine was served warm.

I’ve been eating here for nearly 5 years now and it’s one of my go-to restaurant whenever I’m in Worcester as they cater so well to gluten allergies. I love the variety and quality of the menu - again having an allergy is difficult as most places don’t have a wide selection but Burger Shop, I feel I have a better customer experience. I would definitely recommend :)

My partner and I ordered from here for the first time the other day, as we'd been looking for a suitable chippy that catered for someone with gluten-free (GF) requirements and we finally got the opportunity during the half term week. I had done my research and looked at the other reviews for Donnellys with regards to the GF catering, so I was somewhat confident prior to arriving. After ordering, I was fully confident in the business and its staff with regards to cross-contamination and food preparation, the staff were knowledgeable on Coeliac Disease and the concerns associated with it. As with most things during these times, the price was something I was wary of, especially given that we ordered GF alternatives which tend to be more expensive than the standard. Despite this, the price is greatly justified as not only are the portion sizes vastly fulfilling but the taste is also incredible, if I hadn't known I had ordered the GF variant, I wouldn't have been aware otherwise. Cannot fault the friendliness or service of the business, top marks! As we left with our order, the server said "Enjoy your order, I'm sure we'll be hearing from you soon enough" which, upon hearing, I wasn't sure whether it was cockiness or confidence but with writing this review, I now know that it was an attestment to their quality, will most certainly be ordering from Donnellys again!

Located in the Chapel Walk area just off the High Street, this is a part of a chain of restaurants which offers a good range of choice. Our table enjoyed the 2 course set price offer which was good value for the money. The Fried Halloumi starter featured perhaps the best halloumi fries I’ve ever had. And the grilled chicken was tasty if a bit dry. My friend enjoyed her burger and we shared a lemon meringue sundae afterwards which was nice. Top props for the team who were very attentive to a gluten allergy/coeliacs restriction. Will eat here again.

It's so refreshing to eat in a local restaurant rather than a 'pub with food' and the gluten free menu is extensive. Naomi looked after us very well and always service with a smile. Lovely Valentines lunch.

Absolutely fantastic! I am gluten free and eating out is a nightmare sometimes! But this experience was exceptional 😀 I was asked before being seated if I had any allergies and I was asked again when the drinks were ordered. My meal came out with GF flags , which made me confident that my meal was indeed gluten free! I will be coming here frequently when eating out! And our waitress Bonnie was so lovely 😊

I came with a couple friends for dinner on a Saturday night, Maggie was our server and she was very attentive and friendly. I am coeliac and ate from the gluten free menu, this was taken very seriously and all my drinks and meals were brought out separately which impressed me.

We were served by Gabroriela, who was excellent as always, very friendly and efficient. The food was also up to its usual excellent standard. I am gluten free, and feel very comfortable eating at Ask, and that they understand my needs and take care of them very well.

DO NOT eat from here if you have an allergy or celiac. Ordered from here many times and have always been great, but tonight it has taken a 360 turn. We placed an order for collection, stated on the phone the whole order was to be completely gluten free, when we arrived home to serve up our order i immediately noticed the noodles were not gluten free even though a sticker for gluten free was places on the container. We phoned up and we were asked to take the whole order back and would be given a complete fresh one and they were apologetic. When my husband went and took the order back he was fuming as this could make me extremely poorly, which is understandable after a serious mistake, instead of taking accountability for their mistake they tried to make excuses and blame us for the mistake, first they said they were extremely busy and mistakes can happen (only 1 table was occupied in the restaurant) and second they said we should of stated what noodles we wanted for the chow mein on the phone, correct me if I’m wrong but if you are placing allergy stickers on food you SHOULD know what allergies are in that dish, plus we stated we wanted all dishes gluten free. Hugely disappointing, needless to say I did not eat any food that evening and most of it went to waste as the trust had gone. Being busy and blaming the customer for your mistake isn’t a good enough excuse. Needless to say I will not be giving you our custom again.

Fantastic coffee and cakes 4 vegan cakes to choose from and gluten free to choose also. The cakes were massive slices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere very clean and tidy. There's nearby parking and it's a short walk from Cathedral

Nice atmosphere. Food was good. Lots of really good gluten free options. Nice background music. Unfortunately it was a cold day and the heating didn’t seem to be on. My daughter said she noticed the same issue the last time she went there.
