I can’t over emphasize how amazing our time was here. We let them know in advance it was our wedding anniversary and there wasn’t a single staff member we interacted with that didn’t make a point to tell us “Happy Anniversary.” - it was so lovely! They even gave us a special Anniversary menu!
Every single sip and bite was exquisite. We’ve been to Italy and we’ve eaten true Italian food- this is the real deal. But what really seals this as a “must go” is the service. Brittany, our server, was so amazing. She made us feel welcome and appreciated. She was extremely knowledgeable and truly elevated our experience. Brett and Connor were both extremely helpful as well. Connor was our sommelier recommending the perfect bottle of wine in our price point. I nearly forgot to mention that I’m gluten feee and Brittany made sure that everything I ate was safe. She knew the menu top to bottom.
Overall, 11/10 ❤️ Brittany tipped the scale!

Had dinner here not too long ago & made sure that there were items on the menu that were gluten free as my girlfriend has Celiac Disease. When we were sat, my girlfriend asked what items are gluten free (to be 100% safe) and he said "just tell me what you want and I'll see." then she asked if he's our waiter or someone else and he said "we all help each other". Ok. Then the wine list arrives and my gf then had to ask the gal helping us with wine what is gluten friendly on the menu. She was SUPER helpful. Clearly the gal that helped my gf with wine confronted 'our waiter' because for the rest of the night, he was overcompensating and being awkwardly talkative. We just wanted our food at that point. Then on top of all of those awkward interactions with our waiter.... he charged us for an extra bottle of wine we didn't drink. I then had to flag down a member of the staff to initiate a return/bill again while our Uber was out front waiting for this. Spent $500 on dinner which was great BUT the experience with the waiter ruined it. Cherry Creek Grill is the better choice, their staff is ON POINT.
The burgers where fire ate there 3 days in a row had a gluten-free burger and didn't get sick all 3 times! The bun kinda falls apart but really good anyway. Fries were okay. Super nice and friendly
Gluten free options galore and (or at least my server) was very familiar with celiac disease and the limitations it can cause. Very good food and fast. Attentive without being overbearing and generally an excellent experience.

Anderson /(en) was so helpful and kind! He was the manager when we ate on July 4th. Food was delicious. I have Celiac and the manager accommodated for me better than I could have expected! I made a custom rice bowl with gluten free soy sauce and it was yummy! I never got sick! My boyfriend left really liked his ramen too!
“Visited Pig and Sprout with my family and we were blown away by the incredible balance they’ve struck catering to various dietary needs without compromising on quality. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or a meat-lover, there’s something here for everyone. The ingredients were fresh, the dishes innovative, and each plate was a delightful surprise. From the attentive service to the cozy ambiance, our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Pig and Sprout is a gem that truly understands the importance of inclusivity in dining. Can’t recommend it enough!”
Extremely disappointed in their brunch menu for those with allergies of any kind! Not quite sure why they can't have a gluten-free piece of toast or gluten-free English muffin available for avocado toast. These are easy to keep in the freezer until someone orders them.
The potatoes, that come with the Omelette, are not gluten-free as they do them in a fryer. Again, I don't understand why they can't just pan fry them pretty easily instead of cross-contamination. Plus they use flour in their hollandaise sauce.
They only have a gluten-free bun for hamburgers and I was only offered a salad after the potatoes came out and they said that I wouldn't be able to eat them. While I appreciate our server being smart enough to understand that they could make me sick, I'm disappointed that this restaurant does not have other choices available.
You're better off going to Ches Maggy's where they do have more choices. Definitely not worth the $19 I spent on an omelette!
Ansel is the best bartender in town. I haven’t had a bee’s knees this good in years. The kitchen is gluten friendly and made me an exceptional yellowtail roll. The oysters are fresh and should not be missed
Every time I eat here I end up asking myself how I don't eat here more often. The location is super central to downtown but you can always get a seat, and the food is incredible. Every dish I have had is delicious and satisfying, and I can't say no to a couple pot stickers on the side. Their menu has gluten free options and substitutions available, as well as vegetarian, so there's no excuse not to stop in.
Incredible gluten free nuggets! The bird call sauce is great too. The kid’s meal is a really affordable price and good portion too. Overall cute hidden spot. You can sit outside and get drinks too.
One of the BESTTT burgers i’ve had that was 100% gluten free.
At first, I wasn’t sure what to make of the place. It seemed like just another basic indie style restaurant, that was conventionally located next to my hotel.
Upon my arrival, I learned my judgment couldn’t be any further from the truth.
Once I was seated, I couldn’t help but notice most of their customers were locals, so that says enough about the quality of the restaurant- you would think since it was connected to a hotel that it would be more touristy. I even got confirmation from 3 of the tables nearby that Wooie Fisher was one of their top choices in the city.
Now, with that being said, the only reason I am giving a 4 out of 5, is due to the service. Our waiter was a bit flustered- which I understand, we all have our days. But, she ended up having us pay the wrong tab, which was double what our bill was, so it was a bit of an inconvenience.
Nevertheless, I will be back on my next trip to town.
Mercantile has an attractive space with an enjoyable menu to select from. Everything was prepared well and the service was very good; knowledgeable and genuine. Stand out dishes for us were the beef cheeks, charred cabbage, and octopus. Lots of enjoyment there! Caviar was also tasty. Spiced carrots were a miss for us; dill forward and not actually spicy. 8/10.
Definitely a good spot for a high quality meal. We’ll be back eventually. Also very gluten free friendly.
Boldly decorated beverage focused spot with amazing cocktails - I ordered a Mezcal margarita and it was fabulous. We stopped in before an event at Coors field and ordered the hummus and pita which didn’t disappoint! Would love to return for a full nosh session. I love that they indicate dairy and gluten on menu.
The employees at this location are kind, the place is clean, and the service is speedy. Today I went in and they offered to hang on to my order so I could use the restroom. Little gestures go a long way!
Great vegan and gluten free options.
I've never had food cooked better in my life. Everything was delicious and I'm not even a big meat eater but everything I tried was perfect, even the gluten free bread and especially the lobster! Huge salad bar, endless options - won't even judge if you make a lame joke or order a shot of tequila for dessert! Highly recommend, worth the price for the highest quality. Super fancy but not pretentious! They helped us celebrate our friend's birthday with a delicious dessert. We loved our experience, made the 12-block walk in heels in the rain to the restaurant worth the blisters!
