Vegan and Gluten free options available. Was a really nice treat for me. Great atmosphere, great casual date spot. Loved the banza chickpea gluten free crust!!
I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to margaritas and Mexican food. NanTaco 100% great and just what I was looking for. Chicken quesadilla on corn tortilla. Did not have to do this at all but as a celiac they did not hesitate.
Best margarita for 8 years running, after work, every Friday has always been Aye Rosa, Calle Lion, Madrid, Spain. And now I’ve found one just as good. Do not hesitate to eat here.
THANKS
I was disappointed with this place that was talked up so much. There were no gluten free pastry or bread options at all. I settled on a smoothie which cost $13. It wasn’t sweet at all and barely had any flavor. Clearly it was made with frozen berries as it was very cold and slushy. I tried adding honey to it but that didn’t even help. I could only manage to get about 1/3 of it down. Very disappointing.
My party had the Oxtail Gnocchi and the gluten & gluten free Bolognaise (pardon my spelling) dishes. Every bite was perfectly delicious from every dish. Saw God. Will visit again.
Friendly and efficient staff even when busy. Ate there twice and would come again happily. Excellent burgers, greek salad, tomato red pepper soup, and "veg salad with warm grains". Reasonable pricing for Nantucket, and dog friendly! Also, there are gluten free items.
Tasty and atmospheric. From reading other reviews we were pre warned that we might wait for our food, but it wasn’t as bad as I expected. Our waitress was diligent about notifying me of gluten cross contamination after I ordered a gf bun, which I appreciate. I also loved that they had mock-tail options. It seemed a little pricey, but honestly everything on the island is. My husband ordered clam chowder, but it never came out. He also ordered a burger medium, but it came dry and charred. Since it is off season, I wonder if they are having kitchen staffing issues. 🤷🏻♀️
Really liked the location, next to Child’s beach and a good view of the water. Lots of outdoor seating and family friendly. Accommodated our large party by putting us at two adjacent tables.
However, these were high prices for a mediocre meal. I was grateful that they offered gluten free bread, but it came out soggy and tasting like it had been frozen just five minutes before.
The Nautilus has incredible food, great service, and an inviting atmosphere! Here are the items we ordered priority ranked in terms of what we liked the best:
Blue crab fried rice (gluten free)
Yellowfin tuna lettuce wraps (gluten free)
Crispy Calamari
Burrata (gluten free without the bread)
Vietnamese beef tataki salad (gluten free)
Steamed pork buns
