Brisket plate was very good and tender! They understood gluten free and gave an additional side in place of bread! Cole slaw was great! Green beans and corn were a bit plain. There were different flavors of sauce on the table to try that was a nice perk! Waitress staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was dated but clean and tidy. Pleasant surprise for our day of travel! Thanks Bandana’s!
Exceptional pizza. Fresh ingredients and gluten free options don't sacrifice on taste. It appears like a hole in the wall bar, but don't let that take away from the experience. You'll wait 15-20 for your personal pizza, but we'll worth it.
I was in less than a month ago and ordered 2 grilled chicken deluxe meals with GF buns. It was my Husbands first time trying something other than the regular Chick Fil A sandwich and I promised him it would be delicious because he likes bacon and the grilled chicken has a lot of flavor. When we got home there was no bacon on either sandwich. Disappointing but whatever, I called to let them know since it was 2 different sandwiches, I thought maybe an employee didn’t realize they came with bacon. The girl I spoke to offered me 2 free sandwiches on our next visit, although I didn’t ASK for anything, and I accepted. Fast forward to today, I called to get 2 sandwiches, I planned on ordering other items as well but wanted to go through the drive through. I spoke to Jake, who is apparently the owner. After intensively questioning me and acting like I was just looking for a handout, I offered to bring my phone in to show him the order as proof of purchase and so he could see we semi regularly order from there. He was very condescending and asked who offered me sandwiches and said “here’s what I’m gonna do for you. I’m going to send you some free cookies to your app.” My husband and I are Gluten Free, we can’t eat the cookies. I told him so and it seemed like all he wanted to do was argue before eventually speaking over me and saying, “that’s not what we do but I’ll send you some sandwiches to your app.” Well thanks Jake, what stellar customer service. 10/10 will not be back.
Wow. I had to pull over & wait with 6 other cars & didn't get the gluten-free bun with my chicken sandwich. Kinda hard to eat that with my bare hands in my car. Plus the bun is part of the meal. I actually only go to Culver's because they offer good gluten-free buns. Wish I had gotten that. While ordering I was told I could't order a small fry. They don't sell small orders of fries except as part of a meal. I was forced to buy a not very fresh medium fry and the bun was missing, plus at least 10-15 minute wait. I ended up hungry later but since I can't eat wheat I couldn't just grab other food. I hope this is an exception & not how things are done daily. The kids who were bringing out bags of food were hustling, I'll give you credit for that.
First time ordering the gluten free sandwich. Had the turkey bacon club. Wow!! I’ve never seen a GF bun that size before. I was expecting some tiny sandwich. Great sandwich! I will be back to try other sandwich’s on your menu.
I had the tikka with lamb, naan, and rice. I am supposed to stay away from gluten and dairy, but I will do it for Indian food, and this is the best I have ever had. It takes 20 minutes to get your food because it is literally made to order. The staff is super friendly and hospitable.
Wonderful!! The food was delicious & the staff was very helpful! They were very helpful when asked to suggest items that were Gluten Free. Their meats & sauces were all safe. They do not have GF bread & some of their sides are not GF.
Gluten free pizza was amazing! Buttery tasting crust with generous toppings and cheese. Thank you for the gluten free pizza option.
As a whole the staff are friendly and the gas station is clean and tidy. The restrooms are always tough to get right but I am always pleasantly surprised that they are super clean and nice. 5+ stars
Staff needs to understand that when someone with a gluten allergy orders the gluten free chicken pesto, that they do not give breadsticks with it. Since I ordered the GLUTEN FREE meal i assumed the breadsticks were also gluten free. I ended up having to use my epipen.
